I booked all products from grabshoppingdeals.com

I purchased note 3
Lenovo K3
Mixer Grinder and booked it online for over 90, 000 INR.

They have switched off their cell phone now. and almost 20 people who have booked from my apartment have the same issue.

I placed order #[protected] on 22/09/2015 by paying Rs. 2184 online and it has been more than 40 days, I didn't receive the items. when called up many times, initially they said that it will be delivered in next 2-3 days now the number is switched-off.

I had ordered through online for a lenovo k3 note in 6 month emi in grabshoppingdeals.com. I didnt received the product then I have called them and asked. first they told that they will refund the cash within 7 to 15 days, again I have called after 15 days, they told will refund 15 to 30 days, again I have called after 30 days, they told will refund 30 to 45 days, again I have called after 45 days, this time I told to them I will not wait for further extension, this time they told 45 working days. again I have called after 60 days. Now their Telephone no switched off.

They are the no.1 online fraud. Never ever believe them.

Hello. I have ordered a hp laptop on 14 october 2015 from grabshoppingdeals.com by online payment of rs. 20000. Despite of so many calls and mails given by myself the product has not been dispatched yet and day by day they are giving me silly excuses. Please help me.

I ordered samsung mobile J5 at 8/10/2015 on grabshoppingdeals.com website & also did payment online through net banking (8999 Rs.) but my phone not received yet. I tryed call to customer care of grabshoppingdeals.com but not given responce from there so please help me.

I think the website grabshoppingdeals.com is not a genuine shopping website. On 18th june I placed an order for a sennheiser cx180 headphones for Rs 550 on the shopping website and also made the payment. I received an online confirmation stating that the order number is[protected]. However I did not get any email or sms confirmation. I am yet to receive this product even though it is now nearly 3 months since I placed the order. I have been constantly following it up with them through their phone no.[protected]. Whenever I call they give me some excuse about why the product is not shipped. Some times they say it will take 45 working days for shipment ( it is now well beyond 45 working days). On 28/07/2015: Spoke to Sushil – product senior team: said that product is not available and will be sourcing it in 15 – 18 days (will receive shipping details before 15th aug). This also did not happen. I am unable to reach of the seniors and nobody is even bothering to explain the status of the delivery. I wish the consumer complaints forum would take neccessay action against this company.

I think the shopping website grabshoppings.com is a fake website, and they have no intentions of delivering any products. Based on a telecall, on 18th June 2015 I placed an order for a Sennheiser CX 180 headphones online at the grabshoppingdeals.com for Rs 550. I received an acknowledgement online giving my order number as[protected]. It was not followed with any email or sms confirmation. Since then I have been following up on the status of my order with the website using their telephone number[protected]. Every time I call they have been giving me some excuse as to why the product is not delivered. Subsequently when I called up they said it will take 45 working days. Now the 45 working days are also over, and still I have not received the product. No shopping site takes this much time and still not deliver a product. I think this is not a genuine shopping website, and the consumer complaints should take it up with the shopping website.

Grabshoppingdeals.com they proposed me a offer for purchased of Samsung 48H6400 122 cm (48) 3D Smart Full HD LED Television at 44500/-Rs. On 07.08.15 I made payment of 44500/- Rs by NEFT to their said Account EMYNTRA INFO SYSTEM. After completion of payments i asked them for my order confirmation details, after a several reminder given to them they always feed back to me we have some technical issues that why we are unable to send your details of order confirmation.
On 14.08.15 i had written a mail to both of them componies for the refund processed and i also called to grabshoppingdeals.com with this regarde, they advice me if you have to pay another 9500/- Rs to us then after we are able to processed your order and if you go thrugh refunds then you have to pay 11500/-Rs for refund procedure. I denied it and advice them if they are not going to refund my money as per there refund policy i would definitly gone though Legals after this conversation they replied me you must have to wait for 45 days for refunds. They are not giving me a written confirmation with this regards.
So please suggest me what will be the mine next step for this concern.
