I have ordered a cake from this web site on 14 Feb 2025 which was supposed to be delivered on the same day but till date the order is still not delivered and also no helpline no is being received

Had placed an order for a bouquet of carnations - SERENE BEAUTY- a collection of pink and white carnations. The bouquet was to be delivered with a card with a message.
The order was placed on 12/05/2024 for standard delivery for the same day - before 9 p.m.

The order was delivered after 9 o'clock
The bouquet was incorrect- received a bouquet of yellow and white roses. The card was blank without a message.

Reported it and I received an email that it will be sorted out shortly on 13/05/2024 at 4 a.m.
I have been trying to call several times and was just put on hold without getting in touch with a representative . Got in touch twice but they were completely unhelpful.

They have an email ID that doesn’t work: [protected]@myflowertree.com
They don’t respond to any WhatsApp messages.
They have a few numbers on their website, most of which don’t exist.

This site is fraud. They failed to delivered the goods ordered on the
said date (14th of feb 2024) and now aren't proving refund. Tried reaching them on their number [protected] but they are not picking up my call
anymore. They are putting me on wait for 10 mins and then
disconnecting the call They firstly told me that I will get my refund
and now they are mailing me that they are giving me money in the
sites wallet which i will never use.
They cancelled the order on 17th feb and promised a refund on call. Now they are not giving me the refund. Talked to the customer care number but no help given.

This complaint is for Order ID: #1259255.

I ordered some gifts for anniversary to my friend on 14 Feb 24. I have following issues with this order
1. Out of three, received only two product
2. One product was broken
3. Their customer care number[protected] either remain busy or no one to pick the call.
4. On line portal i complaint so many times but no response or acknowledgement

My complain is regarding the company MFT MYFLOWERTREE
It’s regarding the order number #[protected] red roses with magic mug) which was supposed to be delivered i.e., 14 feb but its is delivered on 16 Feb
No support is available even not able to contact with customer service as continuously it is going busy only and no delivery partner contact has been shared...
Making fool and faraud to customers takes full payment of magic mug and delivered only flowers
That flowers also not fresh
Very bad service please don’t recommend anyone

My complain is regarding the company MFT MYFLOWERTREE
It’s regarding the order number #1257687 which was supposed to be delivered yesterday i.e., 14 feb but its is not delivered yet … in tracking it was showing out for delivery and then nothing delivered till date
No support is available even not able to contact with customer service as continuously it is going busy only and no delivery partner contact has been shared
Fraud … they transferred order delivery for 15 feb by not yet delivered also … cannot intimate refund … unable to connect any customer care …

Put a delivery request on 02/14 thru FlowerTree website but request was not delivered on same day and on 02/15, status changed to delivered without delivering the product. I tried reaching out to customer support but not reachable and other numbers too not working. Order number :1260552. Fake company and fake promise

Ordered Flowers on 14th Feb for wife's birthday, paying 150 rupees extra and with promise that flowers will be delivered by 4 - 9 pm. Flowers were not delivered and now they are delivering on 15th Feb, which is of no use to me. Delivery guy says that I wont get refund in any case. I had paid extra for Valentine's day rush and now they are delivering on next day. This is breach of customer trust.

I ordered flower bucket and chocolates yesterday on valentine's day. I got confirmation email on receiving money. I had been informed to relax n expected time of delivery on the same day till 9pm. Past that time I tried to contact, there isn't any option to get connected to the company. No what's app, no contact number, I couldn't even send any email. They rescheduled delivery on 15th Feb. Gives lame reason that the recipient did not receive call. They could have called me instead I would have made sure that the recipient answers their call. There's no way we can connect. We as a customer are helpless. Really disappointed with the service. Money is gone. Stop making fun of our emotions and Revert.

Yesterday I ordered the gift and chocolates for my wife and son.I paid 1400 rs.They are mentioned same day deliver evening 5 pm .But they are not delivered again I call the customer care number, one person lift the phone 8 o clock will deliver ur order.They not delivered. Again I tried no is pick my call.plz block this website and take necessary action against this owner.

Hi,

I ordered a bouquet around 3.20 pm on 14th Feb 2024, and was supposed to deliver on the same day before 9 pm IST but the product didn’t deliver and I am unable to contact them as well. There is no point of contact to the company nor they have shared any kind of data/updates. The day ended and now there is no purpose of the product to be delivered as the purpose of sending bouqet for the occasion was gone and even if it get delivered next day the bouquet flowers will be rotten. I am not able to contact them and the payment is already done. My money is wasted.

.. I have paid 2743 for just half kg cake and a bouquet...

Very poor service by My Flower Tree, really pathetic and unexpected, delivery slot was given 8am to 12pm, guest are waiting for cake cutting since 1pm, it's 4pm, stll not delivered the cake. you are people joking or what. You mean to say that the cake will be delivered after guest will all go away(which is 8pm). What non sense is this? If you can't fulfill your order on time then why takes orders. I need full refund for this order

Order was placed on 24.12.2023 for the time slot 09.00 am to 03.00 pm and it’s 26th today and there’s still no glimpse of the order or any updates about the order .
Customer service no. has a cold and numb response to it . They couldn’t even track down the order and provide any details about it . You guys are lacking in everything. You accepted payment and just vanished . Some new born frauds trying to learn cheap tricks to earn cheap money ?!
Initiate my refund ASAP, since I have asked you for it from 24th onwards .. or else make the delivery done within 24 hours .
Cheap wannabe fraudsters on rise !!!
Why do you even exist. Like, does it even count to anybody ?!
Pack up fools !!!
