I ordered flower bucket and chocolates yesterday on valentine's day. I got confirmation email on receiving money. I had been informed to relax n expected time of delivery on the same day till 9pm. Past that time I tried to contact, there isn't any option to get connected to the company. No what's app, no contact number, I couldn't even send any email. They rescheduled delivery on 15th Feb. Gives lame reason that the recipient did not receive call. They could have called me instead I would have made sure that the recipient answers their call. There's no way we can connect. We as a customer are helpless. Really disappointed with the service. Money is gone. Stop making fun of our emotions and Revert.
