[Resolved] Grabgear — Company not proceeding to cancel the order

I have ordered a product on[protected] and want to cancel it before dispatch. i have contacted through whatsapp number +91-[protected]. there is no proper response. later i mailed to the company to cancel it. for that also no responce. on[protected] itself i started a cancellation procedure, through mail and whatsapp. company is delaying and not proceeding with the request. i am get confused whether the website(https://grabgear.in/) is real or fake. my order id is #KL206431. from day 1 till today[protected] the dispatch status is mentioned as "Dispatching Soon". but when i contact customer care for doing cancellation they saying like it is already dispact. Seems the grabgear personal are not open and true. i need to cancel the order and start the refund procedure. i have included photos of the communication done with grabgear +6 photos Was this information helpful?
