On 12th march i placed an order of Nokia tab t20 cost 10000 through partial cod. I received the product on 17th march and paid the rest money, I tried to switch it on in front of delivery boy but it was discharged. I took it home and charge it and turned it on . I found that tab is user locked. i tried to contact them but they didnt reply . I took it to service centre they tried to unlock it but they cant. then i took it and placed return. they took it by 24th march. till then i am trying to contact them but they are not replying. They and niether repacing nor refunding money. more than 1 month has passed. i would suggest you to never risk your money to these fraud.

    3 months have passed, , since they messaged me to refund, ,
    Atleast return from product n half d amount
    Worst experience
    Never ever believe what they say. Coz their prouducts too are as flake n fluke as their work ethics n promise
    Goin to upload my chats with the company
    They replied me last 20 days back n that too, after msging them to plz reply me back, , n few of the chats are 3 months old

      I've ordered galaxy buds from you and i one of the bud is not charging, i applied for warranty and they are asking for bill which i don't have, please send me the bill

          I have ordered DJI OM 5 3axis gimble stabiliser order #kL206721 with the tacking waybill [protected] on 4th jan 2023 and it was suppose to reach to me in 5 to 10 business days but it hasn't reached yet.
          I have trying to contact them via mail( twice) and whatsapp and over phone. They haven't made any contact with me or responded in any way. All i have got is autogenerated mails from them issuing me a ticket which says they will process and nothing happens
          Finally i tried calling bluedart and they told me that the “shipment is cancelled from the seller itself and the product is not handed over to them.
          Try to contact seller and tell them to book the shipment again”.

            Ordered the product by mistake. Cancelled the order but they did not respond even after 8 days. Neither they are dispatching the product. Very frustrated. Would file case in the consumer court and ensure I spread the word about their pathetic services and lack of response

              A month back they made this fake promise to refund me, half the amount of my fitbit smart watch
              Sounding so genuine, I waited patiently, and another month has passed by
              Dont rely on this company n their promises
              No body would believe, , but seriously, after my 20, 25 msgs to them on whts app, they reply after that n in between put my no. on block

                  I bought a google pixel ear bud a series from grabgear which worked for a day or two later on right ear bud turn out to be defected it plays and stops randomly. Grabgear owes me refund.

                        I had recently bought a pair of pixel buds a from grab gear and the product has arrived with one of the earbuds not working . Due to this i had submitted a return and replacement on the day i had recieved it itself ( 02/12/2022 ) it's been a week now and I've haven't gotten any reply or refund whatsoever, just an email that takes me to a site saying my ticket is pending . I've contacted them on whatsapp several times with no response to my issue even requesting to just do a return and refund instead of replacement with no response . Tried calling because of this just to hear that their phone is switched off, all of this was done in their allotted customer care service time of mon-fri 11am to 5pm .
                        This is really bad on their side with no updates on my return and no replies on the customer care service it really feels like grab gear is another scam .

                          More than two months have passed by, , zero response n 10, 15 days back, , they blocked my no. too
                          I commit d same mistake by buying through grabgear, , n i[censored] r told to, deliver d non working product to their city n they will replace or repair- TOTAL LIE- DONT TRUST THEM

                            Address: Registered Office Address- KLVSTC INTERNATIONAL, #64, Krishna Oil Mill, Near Shiv Mandir, Main Market, Behror, Alwar District, Rajasthan 301701

                            A Weebill S gimbal was delivered on Oct 19, 2022 which was ordered a month prior and sent via Blue Dart. The product arrived with the following issues:
                            1) There are only 3 out of 5 cables in the delivery for this product as per Zhiyun
                            2) The USB type C Charging cable for the batteries is missing
                            3) The product sent seems like it was previously opened. It's missing a manual and a warranty.
                            4) I tried to register the product at Zhiyun India and it shows that the serial number was already registered.
                            5) There is no warranty information in the delivery.
                            6) The quick release plate is missing the Y bracket with the knob for the lens support, that is standard with this product.

                            Following an inquiry with the company, after about 2 weeks, they opened a ticket, and have since not processed it or looked at it.

                            A WhatsApp conversation was then initiated and the representative replied sparingly with vague promises and asked for a unboxing video which was provided.

                            He then stated that he was checking with the brand for the parts or will reimburse. Haven't heard from them since. It's more than a month now since I ordered the product. I would like this issue resolved or would like reimbursement as promised.

                              I placed a prepaid order worth 12k with them and despite that they are not shipping the product. No response is there from the seller either. It's already past the date when I was supposed to receive the product and I have no clue what is happening because seller is not responding and I have courier details.

                                Its been more than a month since i delivered grabgear non working product to Rajashah from Delhi.after going through hell with these guys, they promised to return it after repairing it.. n they msgd me last a week back, , inspite of msging them every single, , they haven’t replied me back
                                How can u grow with these ethics
                                Haven’t msgd me after 7th if November n i think, now they blocked my no. too
                                No double tick since two days..they just sent the automated msgs.. total helpless

                                  I've returned the headphone's for which i've recived a giftcard voucher.
                                  Which was to be refunded to my account after its expiry on the 20th of Sep
                                  But even after more the 1 and half month the refund has not been reflected on my account. (NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERIVER REPRESENTATIVES ON WHATSAPP )
                                  who gave you gift card ? Are you sure its from Grabgear ? Did they ask you to redeem it through SBI yono or ICICI imobile ? if so, i did receive a similar call, it sounds more like a scam to me. The agent who called did not even know the complaint. He just knew my email and name. After querying a few things he offered me a gift voucher as a resolution that can be redeemable only through those apps and had an expiry of 30mins per him.
                                  However, i could not find a way to redeem it via those apps. Neither i tried much it seems a scam to me. what you say ? Grabgear has the worst after sales service. they wont respond whatsoever. Thats one of the reasons to doubt the call which i received.

                                    I have placed an order for Red Beats Studio Buds from GrabGear on 21st Oct, Order ID#KL206513. After doing some research i found so many complaints about this platform. Hence i decided to cancel my order before dispatch on 22nd Oct. Per the website, the process to cancel order is to whatsapp the request to a number which i did a along with cancelling the order in website.

                                    unfortunately, what i feared has this unlocked. There is no proper customer care. My ticket for item cancellation is still open since Oct21 without a response. They only created a freshdesk (automated) ticket #[protected]. Days have passed and i got the item delivered on 25th Oct. Delivery was smooth, even though it was not anticipated. However, the item received has a brand box says white product inside. Hence i kept it aside untouched and raised a return request same day. Another automated ticket got generated #[protected]. unlike first time, someone was kind enough to decline my return request after 2 days stating "the outer box colour might be different. Please open and check the package the product is red colour only"

                                    I have unboxed the "unboxed" item and found a black earbud inside white box with white ear tips. Also, the product has no brand warranty per Apple. Now there is no option to raise a return request as the earlier one is in declined state, leaving me only option to contact the seller a whatsapp account (out of service message when calling). Just to mention, they have an email id for the sake of an id, nobody responded yet.

                                    To my surprise someone messaged me back on 28th Oct and asked about issue. I told the agent to at least provide an invoice with a S/N so that i can take it up Apple to get the brand warranty reinstated. For which, he/she agreed to send a fresh invoice and collected product serial number. 5 days passed, no response. My return periods is already over and i am having a product of different color, mismatched ear tip, out of warranty.

                                    I am totally fine with the colour of the product they sent. Its fine even though that's not what i have paid for. But their mismanagement is terrible.
                                    They don't have a proper customer care or least bothered about after sales service. The issues I currently have are mismatched ear tips and expired coverage. I would like them to send me a new invoice with S/N and send at least black ear tips to match it with earbud. Or, send me a red product with good accessories (which i dont prefer much as i dont know what else gonna happen further).

                                        After ordering the product, I received an email with Bluedart Waybill No. [protected].

                                        I wrote to Bluedart to get delivery status. They informed me they hadn’t received the physical equipment.

                                        I have tried complaints, callback complaints, email complaints, and WhatsApp complaints but have received no reply from them.

                                        I am enclosing the invoice with this email for your reference.

                                        Please update about my order and when it will be delivered.
