Nearly after two months, , goin from pillar to post, , i managed to get response from grabgear n i did exactly wht i had been told, to deliver d damaged product to their Statei.e Rajasthan, , from my ciru which is delhi, , n they promised to repair n return my product, , after sending them tens n tens of msgs, , i got no reply
Lets see, , if i get some msg now, , after writing to this saviour site

      Please i need help from someone to withdraw my money back from Amazon grab order platform. the whole issue is that i complete my order for the day and they give me another 5 orders again. I need my recharge money back i don't have any funds to complete this 5 orders.

        Had ordered Samsung Buds Pro(unboxed), I received them yesterday and they are used, shabby and dirty to say the least. There is ear wax on the buds. I have been trying to reach them since the last 12 hours and they are not responding to any of my messages.

        I tried calling them, requested a callback, but to no avail. I do not recommend buying anything from this website. Frauds.

        Please refund my money. and take your product back. I don't want it.

          Company not proceeding to cancel the order

          I have ordered a product on[protected] and want to cancel it before dispatch. i have contacted through whatsapp number +91-[protected]. there is no proper response.
          later i mailed to the company to cancel it. for that also no responce.

          on[protected] itself i started a cancellation procedure, through mail and whatsapp.

          company is delaying and not proceeding with the request. i am get confused whether the...

          Purchased Pixel Buds A from their website about a month back, They sent me a used defective product. Clear scratches and paint marks on teh Pixel Buds A case as well as earphones.
          Raised a ticket, they closed it without consulting me. Raised another ticket, also contacted them on their WhatsApp support, till date noone has replied to me.

          The Pixel Buds are so old and used that the battery wont even last for 60 minutes o[censored]sage. Am stuck with them now, with the company not replying or refusing to give me a refund.

            Left earbud is faulty. Even after placing return request in initial days they rejected it without any valid reason. Customer care isn't responding anymore and samsung has rejected warranty claims

              I have placed an order on Sep 24th 2022 for Lenovo Tab P11 Plus and received the product on Sep 28th 2022 evening only. When i switch the Tab we find some display issues in that immediately I shared the screen shot and Videos thru Grabgear whatsapp. and they replied me it is an software issues, ask me to connect nearest service center. Next day Sep 29th 2022, i visited the customer service in Chennai Ashok Nagar office, and they checked and confirmed it is hardware issues, since i received a product on Sep 28th itself, they asked me return or replace the product with seller itself. immediately I informed the same to the Grabgear thru WhatsApp itself and they asked me to replacement in service center itself since it is having warranty. but i informed them since t received the product as an defective and i asked them to replace the product and raised the request ticket id-[protected] for the same on Sep 28th 2022 itself. till now there is no communication from them, I keep on sending remainder mail and messages on daily basis, but no response from them. please help me to get either replace the product or return my money. Also they didn't mention the product model no or IMEI no in the invoice.

              After rasing complaints in this forum and gave single star in google reveiw. they contacted me and finally agreed to return my money, , , before returning my money they forced to delete the review given by me in google review and rating. My advice don't buy from this guys, no contact number, only whatsup and no reply from them, need to struggle and worry about money until we receive...

                I ordered this product on the 27th of August from Grabgear.in for a price of about 21k.

                The first time I received the product it was delivered too late and I almost missed the product as I was moving to Bangalore. I received it a day before I was going to travel in the evening and I was very happy but it turned into a disappointment as soon I opened them. The product was old and seemed like a refurbished one for the price of a new one.

                Immediately I put in a replacement request but it took almost 2 weeks for the return to happen. Now I am waiting for the replacement order, it has been more than 2 weeks since I returned the product and I still haven't got any updates. They have provided a shipment number but when I checked it says the "Shipment has been booked". I checked with Bluedart and they told me that the handover of the product hasn't been done yet. (screenshot attached)

                I'm just tired of contacting their support with no proper responses or reasoning. I had to pay EMI for the product even though I still don't have my product in hand.

                I just want my product this week or a refund. I can't go on with this charade.

                They delivered the headphones today. But I won't suggest buying from any day. Their support is unresponsive, they don't answer. No guarantee you'll get a new product.

                  I order ID is #KL205770 which is placed on 24th August 2022 with Grabgear. and tracking ID is #[protected] with shiprocket.in. when I tracked it says the order has been delivered at PIN code 518176 on 5th September 2022. However, my delivery PIN code is 518134. I have already sent screen shorts of it to Grabgear through WhatsApp on the 12th of September 2022. they replied as they will raise NDR complaint with carrier and will allow them for 5-6 business days. so I have waited. now for the past 2days I have been contacting them trough WhatsApp, but they are not responding. please help me to get my order or refund it back.

                      Thank god, it was just a watch n not an expensive gadget
                      Inspite of accepting their fault, they say- they are doing the favour by listening to us and its not their obligation to answer my queries.
                      Pathetic n immoral business ethics
                      We are supposed to deliver the product from delhi to Rajasthan.. they just deliver n not pick their faulty products back, , its our duty to get them, their product

                        Sir, i have purchased sony ear buds online on 13 aug got the product on 18th Aug but there was a faulty product so i returned it on very next day. but from that day i have not got my refund payment or replaced the product . grabgear mailed me that they have dispatched the product with order no#KL205625 though Blue-dart courier but after inquiry from blue dart they haven't received any parcel from vendor side. so kindly resole my issue whether i got product or refund .

                            and ask to mark my previous complaint as resolved

                            As per their requirement mark that complaint as resolved, after dispatching that product i even mentioned tracking details. when that courier arrived to that destination city courier person is unable to find that location and tried to contact on their given number which is [protected] but their was no response from their end

                            Even i am trying from 2-3 days they are not responding as i purchase my product on EMI i wanted to cancel that as soon as possible .
                            Sir kindly look into and resolve my problem as soon as possible

                              No update on order since last 3 days. Order hasn't been even dispatched even though I selected express delivery which promises 2-5 days delivery by paying extra. Only WhatsApp and phone number is there as contact and no response on either of these. What's going on with this company?

                              The company finally contacted me a few days ago and gave me updates on the order. Finally got my order today and all is good. But communication by the seller is extremely poor, doesn't reply for days together. Really should look into this.

                                    Their intention to help me out, , , really changing my views.. i can only wait n watch, will they fix my issue of repairing the product, which was in their warranty period

                                      Hi! I have ordered ipad 9th gen on sept 6th 2022 and so far there is not even a single update and you got a worst customer service. Reached many times but no one is responding. Regretting the decision of purchasing the product from you.
                                      Its been 5 days and I haven't received any update.This is my order id #KL205970. Kindly get back to me...We are still patiently waiting for our products.

                                      Happy to get the product. They have dispatched it yesterday and received on a single day! The product is in good condition and got 12 months of warranty which I'm happy about. Overall If they can change the promises that they will deliver soon and improve their customer support it will be great. Buying without know that you get your product or not is very depressing. I'm glad that I received the product and thanks grabgear for doing this
                                      Good luck, before ordering I got promot replies to all questions on WhatsApp. After ordering no reply even though I can many times see the person online when I ask for update. Thankfully I just paid 1k and selected partial COD on a 20k order. I would have lost 20k, now it's 1k. Loss is loss but still better than 20k. I don't understand where the positive reviews are coming from.
