I booked all products from grabshoppingdeals.com

I ordered Sony BRAVIA KLV-32R412C 80 cm (32) WXGA LED Television
booked it online for over 20, 000 INR on 10th jan2016.

They have switched off their cell phone now. I caught the different number later, they don't have the product now.They told within 30working days from order not delivered, it go automatically cancellation.I told refund the amount, again it take 15workingday from 10feb2016.Till now am not getting the money back 16march2016.
Kindly take action against, this website under the e-coner shopping.and also lock this website, because many people getting affected.
