Grand Bajaj — pulsar 220 gear tight

Dear sir,

Myself bijoy. P. R, am using pulasr from last 3 years. Currently on last august i have upgraded from pulsar 150 to pulsar 220. The service is doing only at grand bajaj, palakkad, kerala from the date of vehicle delivery to still. Now also the vehicle is with dealer only. I have facing a problem of gear tight from last dec2017. I have visited the dealer, they checked and found there is complaint. I dont know, what they have done. But the complaint was solved for only 1 week. After that again the complaint came back and i visited the dealer to inform the same. They kept the vehicle with dealer for 2 days and gave back. But they didnt explained anything regarding what they have done against complaint on this 2 visits. Again after 2 weeks i have faced the same problem and went to the dealer on march 3rd. After their inspection now they are telling the clutch has got failed. When i went to see the condition of clutch, i couldnt find any problem in clutch. When i asked to service advisor, floor controller and even the service manage, r nobody dont know which part of the clutch is failure for gear tight. So i contacted the general manager, first he told he will check and give me a reply. After that now the gm is telling he dont know the technical issue of vehicle, only his service manager informed clutch is failure. The vehicle is still with dealer only. Iam not ready to take the vehicle back, without solving the problem. Other wise they have to explain, how the clutch has got failed suddenly for the new vehicle.

Note: i have registered a complaint with bajaj before 2 days compl no:isr-307320. But the vehicle is with dealer itself and complaint also not solved, even that they had sent an grattitude message of thanking as complaint solved from dealer.
