On 06th october 2018, when i got call and appointment to meet the officials of grand tourio, i visited their office at krishna building, 6th floor, andheri west, they have explained me and given me below offers :-
1. Accommodation in india & abroad for 6 nights 7 days in 5 star hotel for4 times in next 10 years, subject to additional payment of rs. 20000/- per instance as travel premium charges (Tpc)
2. Pickup and drop service free & sight-seen will be provided just you have to pay the fuel charges.
3. Customer can save their holidays as well they can borrow their holidays
In advance.
4. Breakfast is complimentary.
5. Customer will also get one time meal as per the availability of the hotel.
6. Customer will get every year 1 candle light dinner
9. Customer will get every month 2 movie tickets.
10. Customer will get event passes from the company as an when arranged by the company
11. Summer camps will be provided when organised by the company
12. Banquets halls services will be provided just you have to pay the food charges.
13. One airfryer worth of rs. 7500/- on joining
14. Stay 2 night 3 day at alibag and ganpati phule
The problem which i am facing
1) since last 2+ years, maximum time, the email sent to grand tourio is bounced back, stating that server is under maintenance and they will call back
2) no revert on the letters/email sent of my compliant, even addressed to the directors of the company
3) whenever booking asked, they are providing the hotels very below standard and the room tariff of hotel for 4 nights/5 days comes below the tpc of rs. 20000/- charged by them. During hotel booking when we are sending email prior to 2-3 months, it is being told we have to request 1 month before only and when request sent before 1 month, it is being told that all hotels are booked.
4) i have paid rs. 85000/-, but not received any thing from company side.

4) movie ticket facility provided one time, thereafter it is being conveyed that this facility is stopped
5) airfryer, which was promised to provide at the time of joining, but not received yet
6) the relationship manager numbers provided, all are switched off and no new relationship number provided and when call to support desk number, they are either switched off or no body picked up
Grand Tourio customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
