In june/july 2018, we have been approached by this company on pretext of some gift voucher and we went to their andheri office and met mr. Rishikesh, ms. Priyanka mestry, mr. Imran khan, they have portrayed very good picture about the company and told us the following information:

1. We will get 5 star/4 star hotels at cheaper rate.
2. They have tie ups all over india and international.
3. We will get the yearly benefits like movie tickets, banquet booking, dinner etc.
4. They were offering a microwave oven on this membership.
5. They wanted to pay us then and there only or otherwise these offers won't be applicable.
6. After all discussion we have opted for only domestic booking and they told us to pay the half of the price, but we can avail all the facilities as mentioned by them.
7. I told them i do not want the microwave oven they have reduced the price even further and finally we settled at rs.80, 000/- to be paid.
8. I have swiped my sbi credit card for emi facility.

We wanted to book the banquet hall for small family function but they have denied stating that we need to pay the full membership fees - where as we have been told that we can avail this. Their numbers are never connected and we get constant same email reply from their email ids.

We have never received any communication from them since we took our membership, we have never received a welcome kit. After few days we came to know that this company is doing a fraud business. The people to whom we met have left office, we them met mr. Karan - but he also resigned. Then we were trying to get in touch with ms. Sneha but she was also not taking our calls and if at all she take then she gives some random reasons.

They are going by the signed agreement and our hard earned money is at toss. Isn't it there any natural justice for people to get the refund of their money, because of this only these people are able to frame the innocent people and they are still doing it.

I have all email and whatsapp communication. Recently we went to their vidya vihar branch but the office was closed, the building people were asking us that they have duped many people and still people come in search of the company.

I want my savings back, i am already going through lot of mental pressure, these people are not taking the calls and meeting us.

    My name is d. R. Singh
    I was called at the thane office in oct 2018. I was told to pay 25 thousand on the day and after discussing with family members if liked the package i may pay the rest. However due to some issues i wanted to back of the deal which was as agreed upfront.
    I requested them for the refund, however to my surprise they sent me a membership card and asked to pay the remaining amount. When i persisted them with the terms, they asked me for 45 days and sent me a mail.

    However, after that mail they have literally stopped responding to my mail or taking any calls. Its been nearly 2 years i am chasing them.

      On 06th october 2018, when i got call and appointment to meet the officials of grand tourio, i visited their office at krishna building, 6th floor, andheri west, they have explained me and given me below offers :-

      1. Accommodation in india & abroad for 6 nights 7 days in 5 star hotel for4 times in next 10 years, subject to additional payment of rs. 20000/- per instance as travel premium charges (Tpc)

      2. Pickup and drop service free & sight-seen will be provided just you have to pay the fuel charges.

      3. Customer can save their holidays as well they can borrow their holidays
      In advance.

      4. Breakfast is complimentary.

      5. Customer will also get one time meal as per the availability of the hotel.

      6. Customer will get every year 1 candle light dinner

      9. Customer will get every month 2 movie tickets.

      10. Customer will get event passes from the company as an when arranged by the company

      11. Summer camps will be provided when organised by the company

      12. Banquets halls services will be provided just you have to pay the food charges.

      13. One airfryer worth of rs. 7500/- on joining

      14. Stay 2 night 3 day at alibag and ganpati phule

      The problem which i am facing

      1) since last 2+ years, maximum time, the email sent to grand tourio is bounced back, stating that server is under maintenance and they will call back

      2) no revert on the letters/email sent of my compliant, even addressed to the directors of the company

      3) whenever booking asked, they are providing the hotels very below standard and the room tariff of hotel for 4 nights/5 days comes below the tpc of rs. 20000/- charged by them. During hotel booking when we are sending email prior to 2-3 months, it is being told we have to request 1 month before only and when request sent before 1 month, it is being told that all hotels are booked.

      4) i have paid rs. 85000/-, but not received any thing from company side.

      5) airfryer, which was promised to provide at the time of joining, but not received yet

      6) the relationship manager numbers provided, all are switched off and no new relationship number provided and when call to support desk number, they are either switched off or no body picked up

        With reference to above subject, i shadab would like to inform you that we have purchased membership with company name grand tourio
        Holiday solutions private limited (Gthspl) on 29 th dec 2018.
        I got a call from their tele calling team stating that we have won a 2 night 3 day stay in their hotel and to collect the prize and for that we need to visit their thane office where we need to attend a 30-45 minute presentation. We decide to visit the office to collect the prize. There we were called into a room and the sales persons named gaurav & sayali kadam begun to explain the membership details. We were told that the 3 years membership come with benefits like 5 star hotels at a cheaper rate whenever we plan to travel for vacation and a lot of other benefits like monthly movie tickets (2 nos.), annual family dinner in a 5 star hotel (2 times), summer camp for kids, 4 nos. Event passes etc.
        We were convinced to buy their membership plan and hence we took the membership for rs.85000/- for 3 years and the payment is made from my bank credit card.
        As they have mentioned that every month we will get 2 movie tickets, for that i have mail for movie ticket for 2 to 4 times, first we were not getting any response and also called to them they said they were having some server problem, so movie ticket cannot be issued. Again after 3 to 4 month i called them for movie ticket again there is no response from them.
        Also while taking membership their sales person told us that with in 45 days you get your membership kit and a free gift i. E. Oven or oil friar. Now its all the most 15 months completed i have not received any membership kit or any gift. So many times i called to muzammil and thier office but they were not replying to my call and even i called to their office from there also i am not getting any response.
        From last one year i have only revive one candle dinner which is about 3000 rs. Apart from that have not revive any service.

        I request you to please take a strike action against the company and all the sales person who fools to the common middle class people. Also request you to help me getting my money of rs. 85000/- which i had paid to this fraud company.

            Lost hard earned money in grand tourio. All fake promises. Now no one is picking the call or responding to emails. Nothing is provided by this fake company. We were forced to take the membership with useless gift. They spent around 2-3 hours to brain wash. Will there be anyone who will look into this matter and teach them nice lesson. Everyone struggles a lot to earn each penny but these shameless looters *

              Sir still I have not received any revert from Grand Tourio, request you to please take a stick action against the company and their sales person who are fulling the people and tacking their money.

              Also please help me to get my money refund back.

                I have purchased the policy in 2017. Since last 6 months i have not got a movie tickets as explain while purchasing the policy. Also i was told that your holidays can be sold. Now when i ask that i want to sale my holidays your executive says your company cannot sale the policy. Whenever i call on your company phone no. No one pick the call. I had book the dinner on 05/01/2020 10 days prior, received a reply that voucher will be sent a day prioe, however i have not received the voucher for the booked day. I am totally disappointed with kind of service your company is providing. I want to sale my holidays of 7days and want the refund of the policy because of miss sold. Note the compalint if no response received will make a complain futher to upper laevel.

                    My membership no. Is[protected] and had paid rs.25000 under fake promises made by yogesh muni and siddiqi. Inspite of putting so much emails and requesting for services for the money paid or refund, there ia no single reply regarding it.
                    Initially it was like take the membership and we will provide the service for money paid and now no one is picking at main office number.

                      I took membership of grand tourio seeing their attractive offers and services.But they all were lying. I was promised an airfryer delivery within 15 days but 1 and a half year has passed and not yet got it.I got services for about 2-3 months but after that everyone disappeared and i got no services. Highly unrecommended.they are very good in starting but worst afterwards

                          My complaint is not resolve, the director of this company said that they will offer us something in exchange of refund for this he wants the complaints to take off. I am taking off the complaint only temporarily if the director of the company fails to give us satisfactory compensation then I will resubmit this. PLEASE NOT TILL DATE COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED.

We were told that the 6 years membership come with benefits like 5 star hotels at a cheaper rate whenever we plan to travel for vacation and a lot of other benefits like monthly movie tickets (2 nos.), annual family dinner in a 5 star hotel (2 times), summer camp for kids, 4 nos. Event passes etc. We were convinced by their membership plan and hence we took the membership for rs.75000/- for 6 years and the payment is made from my citi bank credit card.
                            Also, they mentioned that we can reimburse movie ticket and dinners that we already taken due to unavailability of their services.
                            We started taking benefits from the very month like movie tickets and annual family dinner, but after a certain time, their sales & support team is not helping us and not picking up calls and started avoiding us.
                            In march 2019, we demanded for monthly movie tickets & dinners reimbursement but still they are not providing my reimbursement yet even after multiple calls and mail reminders.
                            Also, we were denied for new tickets with reason that their contract with bookmyshow has expired and there will be no renewal and hence the movie tickets facility is stopped and it is yet not started.
                            We questioned them about the timeliness by when it will again be started and they did not reverted with any time frame.

We were told that the 3 years membership come with benefits like 5 star hotels at a cheaper rate whenever we plan to travel for vacation and a lot of other benefits like monthly movie tickets (3 nos.), annual family dinner in a 5 star hotel, summer camp for kids, 4 nos. Event passes etc. We were convinced by their membership plan and hence we took the membership for rs.85000/- for 3 years and the payment is made from my standard chartered credit card.
                              We started taking benefits from the very month like movie tickets and annual family dinner, but after a certain time, we started feeling that the sales & support team is not helping us and not picking up calls and started avoiding us.
                              In april 2019, we demanded for monthly movie tickets and we were denied the tickets with reason that their contract with bookmyshow has expired and there will be no renewal and hence the movie tickets facility is stopped. We questioned them about the timelines by when it will again be started and they did not reverted with any time frame. Later, we asked them about their sales manager (Mr. Rajan) number/email so that we can clarify these issues but they denied the information. Also, we were told that this facility was only a complementary offer and contract has nothing mentioned about the same. Somehow i managed to obtain the emails of their directors (Mr. Shugan & mr.                                 This complaint is related to one year package sell.

                                At the time of policy discussion mr. Karan explain me that if i dont want to travel for one year due to any reason then grand tourio will sell one year package to someone else and i will get some refund amount.

                                This mail is regarding our last discussion with mr. Karan on my last year tour package.
                                I have tried to call him from last six month and also what's up him many time but no response yet receive on whats up or call and his mail id is also not active.

                                This is very poor support i receive from grand tourio, request you please call me and confirm or please cancel my next four year package and refund my money.

                                Please confirm asap other wise i will raise a complaint to consumer court.

                                  I have taken membership 10 months back, that time they promise to give membership for total 2 years but not got any email confirmation, still i have not received WELCOME KIT. The customer care and support team is not co operative at all, i have called them several time but not getting response by them...
                                  Why the hell grand tourio given FAKE PROMISES to take membership if you are not capable to provide service to customers.
                                  when ever i tried to book holiday your company server not working and not getting single response from you. still i have not got a single holiday booking from company, welcome kit, event passes, movie tickets also not provided now.

                                  this all complaints should go to the consumer court.

                                  We are trying to contact Grand touring for our bookings but their mail I'd is not working and they have disabled phone calls. I can see many complaints from other customers also

                                    On 7/12/2018 i visited thane office and purchased grand tourio holiday package for 85000 on that same day i paid 64000 and i committed to pay the balance amount with in 15days
                                    On 28/12/2018 i received a call from thane office komal [protected] she asked me about payment i told i will come tomorrow and pay the balance but she begged me to make payments on that same day so i gave my card detail and otp later i received message your account has been debited with 25000 but i have to pay only 21000 then i tried to call komal but she blocked my number
                                    I request you to take action against komal for cheating with me and give my money back

                                      I have purchased a membership from grand turio but these # company is not helping for keeping their promise and plus when i wanted to upgrade but they said they cant do, while taking membership they always says about we will do this and that multiple things were promised but their contract says different and the customer care is not at all helpful for the explanation.

                                        I was lured into taking membership of grand tourio by showing a rosy picture and making tall claims but all the promises about exotic vacations are fake. Their representatives imran khan, bhavana, pooja, are not reachable. No response to phone calls, sms, whatsapp messages.

                                        I had paid 75000/- for the membership. I need a refund of the same. Please take on record the complaint & advise future course of action. The fraud activity also needs to be investigated so that other consumers are not looted.

                                        I hope this consumer complaint forum is able to resolve the issue. At next level i am planning to take this to social media and news channel.
