On 21st feb, i got the call from grand tourio that my name was shortlisted for collecting 3 gift voucher and in order to collect that offer me and along with my wife will have to come there at thane office.

Me and my wife took interest for this. I met with mr. Akash and mr. Dharmendra on 21st feb. Both explained us the lot of offer which was applicable for that day only. I said that may be today i will not take interest so i will think later but he said offer is for today only so you can take membership today by saying "yes".

Based on all discussion, i requested that i can only go if i get emi option. He also agreed on this. As i was not taking much interest so for safe side i asked that what happens if i dont take interest after 4-5 days then what would happen. He said whatever card you will use, refund will be deposited in same card.

He requested to pay 20k that time and remaining he will plan for emi with my credit card. For safe side i paid 10k and agreed to pay rest of amount by credit card.

Unfortunately my credit was not working due to some other issue so emi option was not working for me. So i requested that i can not go with offer as emi option was not working for me.

Finally i requested him to refund the 10k but now he is saying that amount you paid is not refundable. Even it was not told to me that there is policy for non refund amount. And even i didn't pay the entire amount so no login was created in system. Even no agreement was shared with me so i believe membership was not created as my wife name "upasana" was not found in system too.

I am following up with mr. Dharmendra for last 3 to 5 months but i am not getting any response.

Please take a immediate action against them

2. Non refundable policy was not shared before making the payment. Comment from his side " you didn't ask this question :). If it was shared earlier then definitely i would not accept the offer. Based on his response only, i paid 10k that time.

We had been clearly informed on sunday (08.10.2017) that we need to pay only 1, 12, 500/-.. Along with 36 months emi & 10 years membership, which we have proof in written... But now they are saying that the amount we need to pay is 1, 62, 000/- which was not not all informed to us. It shows clearly that your company is cheating on us & it will treated as fraud..
We tried to call both the executives who attended us that day - mr tejas karaikar-[protected] & mr. Arif sayyad [protected] but they are not even bothering to attend the calls since 3 days..

Pls take necessary against...
Not at all supportive... Very cheap and fake people working there...

I was committed below and after paying the money, pls. Note the response.:

1. 3n/4d free holiday package incld all food anywhere in india. After making payment, celia of grand tourio says that the person who confirmed the same made mistake and they cannot provide the same.

2. During presentation yogesh confirmed that they would give breakfast as well as lunch or dinner free. After making payment, when we requested booking, we were told that only breakfast would be included. Yogesh made mistake in making this commitment.

3. During presentation celia confirmed us the room would be of the category of suite. When we asked for booking they were offering lowest category of rooms. When i requested them to provide better room, they said it is not available. Then when i said i do not want to continue, they then said that they will provide better room going forward.

4. After receiving money now they are not ready to confirm on mail and just talking in air that u will get best service etc.

5. Initial list of hotel were not good ones and did not have the modern amenities and other facilities which they commit during presentation.

6. After lots of follow-up, out of list of hotel only two good choice were given and when i informed them to book rooms in that hotel, they came back saying rooms are not available in them.

They are basically giving false commitment and looting people's hard earned money. If you book directly, you can get better options at better price. They will frustrate you by giving late response and they leave you with no option but to agree what they say. They will tell you to talk to other peraon and you will be going round and round.

I and not getting what they have committed and they are not refunding the amount i have paid.

I have already spoilt my vacation and request people not to join such company.

People who have already joint please contact me on the above e-mail so that we can jointly take legal course of action against them.

I, sunita malkari along with my husband and daughter took the membership on 21 august 2017. We repeatedly asked whether we can cancel the membership midway and get our money back. They assured us that it is possible. We paid half amount through card and other half through cheque. Due to some reasons we decided to cancel the deal. We realised that enough funds are not there in the bank account. We requested them not to deposit the cheque, even then they deposited it and we had to pay rs.258 as penalty. The next day we met harish negi, the sales executive at thane. He directed us to send an email to [protected]@grand tourio. Even after many reminders we are not getting any response. We are feeling cheated. We are ready to cooperate with anyone to get back our money. Their working is suspicious.

As per package following was promised me while purchasing the package irrespective of domestic or internation places.
1. Breakfast and either breakfast or lunch included in package
2. Free pick and drop from airports to hotel
3. Cab with driver will b arranged and we will have to pay for fuel cost
4. Free outdoor activities
5. Total 6 persons can be accommodated n 5 adult can be adjusted without any extra charges
6. 10 to 30% discount on flight booking
7. Free visa assistance
8. Free summer camp for child every year
9. Candle light dinner evry year
10. Total 3 times a year free banquet hall can be availed and if hall chosen has hall charges included in per plate then company will provide 50 no plates n rest we will have to pay
11. Total 9 weeks of holidays offered in package which can be availed over 6 yr period and 2-3 weeks can be consumed within same year.

However, as per reservation team none of these facilities mentioned in point number 1 to 7 are being provided.

Also, banquet hall request made for 9 sept was not fulfilled. No1 even bother to reply.

All these false promises were made while booking the package which were actual reason for paying 1.25l amount. Also as per promised even membership cards are also not yet issued.

Now as they are not willing to provide any of the above mentioned service i hv askd the to initiate process for refund as we are not willing to continue.

Also, there are such shameless people working in sales who does not even attend the call on mob.

Even after visiting office they were hiding behind n asking juniors to inform that person u want to meet is not in office. However the same person appears to visit washroom.

We do not wish to continue with such company where such false promised and shameless people work.

I took 12 year membership of grand tourio on 12 th may 2017. I was told for free gift "air fryer" & membership welcome kit. I have made many call to the company in last more than 2-1/2 months. The whole money was paid by me, till date i have not received any welcome kit of membership and free gift after full payment, i wrote many e-mail to company manager manoj mishra but till date he has not replied any e-mail.

This is with reference to the memberships with grand tourio for 6 years with 2 bonus weeks.

I have taken membership on 14-jan-2017 and paid full amount (1.25 lacs) in advance.

In last 6 months, i had pathetic experience and don't find grandtourio as value for money. It's feeling like i have been cheated and made fool.

1. I was promised for candle light dinner but were provided with buffet that too in causal hotel whereas big shot hotels were promised.
2. It was promised for 12 events in year, however, in last 6 months, no event provided.
3. Now i am requesting for banquet hall from last 10 days, however, i didn't get any positive results. I got revert from support team that you can go to sai baba restaurant (One of the smallest hotel) with rs 375/plate.
It's normal prize in that hotel. Then what's role is grand tourio?? Do i just need permission to celebrate???

Let me know surrender procedure. I would suggest you to enter into another vegetable business as you guys are pathetic for tourism and standards are too low.

I have taken the membership from grand tourio. I have asked for the booking for coorg. Firstly i have informed the grand tourio two months before my date of travel, post that i got a response that booking will be done one month before your journey. When i chased for the booking one month prior to the date of journey, i got a hotel list which was not as per the promised 3 to 5 star hotel. I refused to take them and asked for some other options. Post that they have provided one better option but still it was not as per promised 3 to 5 star. I have asked them to do the booking but they told me that this hotel is sold out and we have to take the other hotel which i have refused. Now when i visited the office for booking mr manoj told me we will cancel you membership and will refund the money in 45 days. Now when i have chased for my refund they told me that they have terminated mr manoj and now they are telling me that cancellation is not possible.

I had made a holiday membership purchase from grand tourio holiday solutions pvt ltd., thane branch on May 22 2017, I was promised by the company executive Mr. Gaurav Jinwal and Manoj that i can avail holidays upto 6 days and 7 nights once in a year from the date of membership. They asked me to pay 70000 rs for an emi of 24 months through credit card, which i did. Now the issues here are

Now the worst part is that the no of emi's i was promised of 24 months was suddenly changed to no EMI without notifying me. I cannot take this burden of this rule of transection .

I asked them to cancel my membership for which they are saying it depends upon Mr, Manoj & You, as Mr. Manoj number going switch off.

I want you to take this complaint to them and please help me to cancel my membership as until they will covert my emi's into 24 months.

Myself yashodhan harne and my wife Ms. Sarika complaining against grand Tourio.Mr. Dharmendra pandey and Mr. Vinay told me to enroll and pay 5000rs. And we are offering you 5star hotel in India in 20000rs.but after month when we visit Grand tourio in Thane office they told us company can not afford in 20000plan .we can not give your money back.after we visit again and again they told us right a letter and cancel the services we will give your money back in 45days.i have photo of that letter with me with system date.but now Mr. Dharmendra pandey not receiving our call and told us on what's up that we are not able to return your money.i have all the proof with there plan explanation papers Xerox copy and what's up chat.I need my money back at any cost, because this is fraud company they are now force me to enroll 60000for domestic plan.

Last Saturday we visited to Grand Turio office.

2. After making payment we again asked them plan for 6 days holiday Kerala or Shimala.
In initial explanation they informed Everything is free.
Accommodation (With TPC), Free Food, Free Guide, Free Side seeing, Free entertainment. Free Pickup and drop.

3. Later on in 2nd discussion they said food is not free completely and cab facility is there and we ll give you discount.

4. We said this is not done, this has to be clearly informed in first meeting.

5. Later on Manoj asked us to wait for next day, he will send request to his senior and get this done, he will provide free food and free cab (fuel + driver) facility.
and send us email with all those details

6. I asked them to cancel my membership for which they are saying it is not possible.

7. We have not collected gift voucher so he is going to provide us 1 year (7 Days)
Holiday package that's means (3+1 =4)

8. Next day we called him to share the discussed points on email. but we received general email from Manoj.

8. Guarv informed us you won't get charge for interest from icici, sbi, hdfc credeit card.
Today I confirmed with icici and they said there will be 13% interest and 2 % processing fee.
If merchant initiate emi conversion then there will be no charges and for interest rate merchant should submit document regarding same.

9. I called on Ghatkopar branch no more than 10 times. They informed you need to talk to Manoj.
First 2 days Manoj was not available and not responding on email, SMS, Whats up and his team member Guarv is not helping on same.

10. Thane office informed for 3 years membership charges are 62, 500 Rs.
And I have paid 75, 000 Rs for 3 years membership.
On Friday and Saturday, call with support team Ghatkopar team called me and informed me you will get 12, 500 Rs. Refund.
On Monday call with support team Ghatkopar team informed me higher management not giving approval on refunding 12, 500 Rs. Amount.

We were told in the tenure of 6 years - every year we will get to enjoy candle light dinner at any 5 star hotel in mumbai but today when I spoke your customercare executive they gave these names of hotels like Barbque Nation, Vits and 3 more, are these 5 star hotel ???

Till date we have not received the gift which was shown to us when we had paid the entire amt of membership at your Thane Office on 19th Feb 2017

Instead of writing long mails lets cut it short I am really not interested in going forward with the membership, please refund my entire amt paid since I don't not have bandwith for new surprises and than keep on following up with you people

Hats off to your Thane Team I am cancelling the membership because of them, they might be doing good amount of business for you but they are zero on customerservice and once the customer has paid the entire amount they start ignoring the customer

I had visited your office on 19th Feb 2017 there was rigorous follow up from yourside hence we visited your office at 07:00 PM. Post going through the discussion with Mr Ismail & Mr Arif, they convinced me and my wife for the enrollment. Everything for done in too much hurry since it was already 0900pm, Mr Arif also said that it was too late, agreed they addressed all our queries. we paid entire amt of 1, 12, 000 /- (18000/- paid by debit card & 94000/- ICICI credit card) post all the discount. he said that 94000/- will be converted into 24 months EMI

very next day i called ICICI Bank for the 24 months EMI to my surprise they said this facility is not available on my credit card only 12 months EMI can be converted, if you want 24 months that can be done from merchant side, immediately I called Mr Arif and explained him the situation, he said don't worry I will check internally and let us know. there was no revert for 2 days. Than again I called for the update he said I will arrange for new card from Kotak Mahindra I said than why there was so hurry in taking the money from my credit card when the 24 months EMI conversion was not possible, you should have checked before swiping my ICICI credit card but there was no answer again. I agreed for the new Kotak Mahindra Credit card he said you will pay ICICI credit card 94000/- and once I receive the new Kotal Mahindra Credit Card you will convert 94000/- into 24 months EMI

Till date there is no call from Kotak Mahindra, I have called Arif more than 50 times but there was no revert call, only when I use to call him he use to say I will arrange for the call from Kotak Mahindra credit card

I don't want to say anything request you to please cancel my membership and refund my entire money, I am totally frustrated I don't have any more bandwith to follow up with you guys neither we have received the welcome kit and the so called gift which you had shown us on our visit to your office on 19th Feb 2017

I withdrawing rather cancelling the membership because I have seen the service level from yourside in last 26 days my credit card cycle date is 18th hence request you to pay the entire amy of 112000/- immediately since I need to pay the ICICI credit card

I was promised by the company executive Mr. Manoj that I will have 12 months EMI on Indusind Bank Credit Card. Also was promised lot of other things like additional 3 days 2 nights holidays on top of what is covered under contract. Issues are:

1. We asked for 12 months EMI's and filled form...

Vibhavari - i purchased ownership of gths on 6/4/[protected]@1, 27, 500/- for 6 yrs after approaching by their repetitive calls as i am a lucky draw winner n won 99k coupon of 58 brands bla bla... Then their executive swapnil, miss zubeda n sales head mr. Manoj mishra convenience us to purchase the ownership by giving all fake promises! This company is fraud!! They cheat innocent people by playing with their emotions n showing them all false dreams! Once they receive money they forget everything, their all contacts nos were not working n they are never replying to our dozens of mails by mail!! This is really disgusting!! Now whenever i call in their office or any other no it's not working!! Kindly take serious action against this fraud n fake company so it will be possible to stop them looting hard earned money of innocent people!!

We Took a membership in the Month of April 2017 for 3 years of 62, 500 Rs, it has been told that we will get EMI Option for which we have submitted the form as well, but EMI is not enable and now my credit card bill amount is very huge, have asked aakash from grand turio regarding the same, he told me to coordinate with indusind band for the same, though it was not my duty but still i did it and have dropped a mail to [protected]@grandturio.com stating all financial details, but there is no response infact i dropped many mail to support regarding awaiting response but they didn't bother to reply, when i dropped a mail regarding cancellation of membership then i got a call, but still matter is not resolved

Mr Manoj Mishra ( So Called sales head ) kindly cancel my membership as your services are pathetic and you all make promises while taking membership but you all are not professional to keep the promises

I purchased membership with 75k package of this company on 18/03/2017 with sr. no 1004. The package was explained by Mr. Dharmendra Pandey and Ms. Ravina and I was told I will be receiving a call from this company regarding package details and complimentary 2 night and 3 days stay plus food processor or airfryer. Since that day I have been trying to call Mr. Dharmendra regarding package detail. He just send me terms and condition and not the chosen package detail. And the number he has mentioned on his business card is always switched off when I tried to contact GRAND TOURIO head office in ghatkopar to file the complaint they are hanging the phone with nil response.

This company has the most non-responsive staff I have ever seen. This includes the top management including the director and MD

I and my family had purchased the membership from this company by paying Rs 1, 90, 000 (Rupees One Lakh Ninety Thousand ) by swiping my credit card in the month of August. This includes 6 days/7 nights vacation every year for 12 years in any of Indian or International tourist destination. Tall promises were made including a fully paid free trip of 3 nights/4 days to any destination of our choice for my family of 5 and refund of interest that would be levied on us as we availed credit card EMI

It took almost three months and innumerable follow up from our side to get the interest amount and the official memebrship number from them. We were promised they will send us a proper contract along with the membership number. All we received was an unprofessional document which can hardly be called as agreement.

I had highlighted the gap and sent them a mail after speaking with the director. She promised me over the phone that she will send an acceptance of the same. It is more than 4 months and I have not received the acceptance mail or any call from her despite sending reminders.

When we requested to organize the free trip as promised, they went back on their words and they said they willl give travel only for two but would give accomodation for five. After trying to reason with them we got tired and we accepted to pay the travel for three.

In the month of Feb, we sent a request for the free trip to Udaipur to be organized from 9th to 13th March. They took their sweet time to send us the hotel details. However, no hotel of our choice was provided and even room of our choice in the hotel that they recommeded was refused.

Today is 17th March and we have lost tour vacation time and they are not ready to resolve our issues. They dont have any courtesy to reply and this includes the owner Rajesh Kovil.

We dont want to continue such kind of relationship and want our money refunded ASAP (Rs. 190, 000 + interest for the 6 months)

I was promised by the company executive that i can avail holidays upto 6 days and 7 nights once in a year from the date of membership. They asked me to pay 65000 rs. Now the issues are they are not giving the type of hotels as promised. Also now they are asking me to pay some TPC tax for each night of holiday in advance where as while selling the membership they had said that this tax is to be paid post holiday and that too if you are satisfied. They are cheating the innocent people and looting their money. Please cancel their license. Membership has been taken in the name of Bakul Shah.

On 18th dec.16 in the evening I got multiple calls from a number and they said your name was occurred in a lucky draw kindly come with your wife and collect your gift we had 9 more couple like the same. We went at Grand Tourio Thane branch. There firstly we had to fill the enquiry from and then their executive start explaining their tourism package on blank paper. Then we were convinced by them to take their package of 65, 000 Rs. We asked them many times about cancellation of the agreement in case, they told us that we can cancel any time in the period of 45 days from the date of purchased membership. They assured us 100% return of the money. Their T.O Manager Mr. Dharmendra Pandey, Sales Manager Mr. Manoj, V.M Zubeda, Exe Mr. Shoeb they all assured us if you cancel your membership within the period of 45 days your 100% money will be returned. They forced us to pay the full payment on the same time, so we just had made the payment of 20, 000 Rs through credit card and 45, 000 Rs through cheque and they said through the process of void this money of membership will get to their company after 45 days so you can cancel it any time within 45days.
After an hour we immediately called Exe. Mr. Shoeb (the only number getting connected) after having different cancellation policy in hand. On the next day we went for cancellation after seeing their different policy on the membership paper and had seen the complaints and bad review about the company. There they agreed about cancellation and told us to fill the application form for the cancellation so we did it. Their managers assured us our money will be back in 45 days, so we just waited and take their follow-ups till the date but there contact numbers are till date never connecting. After 45 days now they put their hands up and said your money will not be refund you back.
We are not the one who is facing the same there are multiple couples who are in our contact who is also in trouble and facing the same thing. It’s my humble request to you please take serious against them and try to get our money back.
