We had taken the membership from grand vivanta -head office address is - B29 first floor Lajpat Nagar II New Delhi on 01/01/2022.
This membership costed us 85, 000/- which was done through Credit card . In this membership we could have booked 5 star hotels all over India for the span of 5 years however for the last 5 months we have been trying to nook through them and get connected to them but they never respond to us . We have tried calling the customer helpline number, support mail id, the sales person Sudhir (manager) and Kapil also but they have stopped responding to us . While making the payment they did not let us think and forced us into making payment and made false promises . we want our money back and cancel this membership but they are not cancelling it as well however they told us that if we are not satisfied after first trip we can cancel and the first trip is not happening at all as they blocked us . What can be done next please help for refund and this company should be closed as they are frauds Was this information helpful? | 
Working in this company are big ###. This company representatives are cheating innocent people. I followed up for services or cancellation of membership for 4 months. No one responses to calls or emails. I was following up with cheaters like Rahul Arora, Mahender, Aftab, Manisha, Ravi, Sudhir Kumar, Pankaj, Ananya, Abhijeet, Dinesh, etc.. This company must be banned and above ### must be punished in public.
These ### have changed the name of the company.
