Hello, I was given a travel voucher in return of attending their seminar wherein their sales representative were telling about travel packages.
Now when I am trying to avail the coupons, I am not getting any appropriate response. It’s been 1 month now
I have sent first mail on 15th July where they said they cannot reply as they have some issue in email. They told me to mail again in Aug. i again mailed on 3rd Aug
And it’s 17th Aug but I am only getting revert like ‘we will update you’. At one point, they also denied to book hotel. Was this information helpful? |
