I have been a victim too, they have called me to attend one of their event and promised to give me free 2 nights stay voucher for a 5 start property and also two movie PVR vouchers. I went with my wife and spent almost 2 hours over there to go through their program and presentations. I did not buy anything from them as I knew somewhere that this could be a fraud because I could sense it somehow from the way they were behaving and unprofessionalism. Honestly, I went there just to collect the vouchers so I received the free stay vouchers which later I found that it is totally fake and they have promised to send the movie voucher by email next day but not sent. I have called them on next day to send the movie voucher at least so they hung up the call and blocked my number.
Well, another lesson learnt from all this that never ever trust any person or company without checking their background and I really thanks to myself for not opting to any of their fraud schemes. Still I am willing to take action against them as I have seen so many complaints where people have made payments of such huge amount and now struggling for the services that were committed by this fraud company. I am with you guys, if anyone is willing to take serious legal action and have enough evidences to prove their fraud and then count me in and I will be happy to support in all the way I could.

They called us in a hotel saying we have movie passes & gift voucher for holiday tour for 2 night within india. I paid Rs. 305000- for membership believing the commitment made by the company representative Mr Irsad. Later on I felt cheated by them. The company confirmed the receipt of payment by mail also
Also they have mentioned AMC Charges Rs 15999/- per year whereas they committed Rs. 9999/- per year at the time of purchasing .

after getting such email, i tried to contact them but not responded, msg also dropped through whatsapp, responded but after much time.
i have written email to customer care, they are not initiated for the same what they committed at the time of meeting. accordingly i have written email for refund. again i called to sales person, he responded and ask to visit head office at Lajpat Nagar for sign the refund form. on 1st of June i personally visited their office for the same. at that time the sales person not available at office even he has not responded my call. i met to one of Manager at their office, he tried to convince me to continue with this plan. i told him to proceed with refund. even i asked him to give me visiting card but not given. he said "you will get email confirmation if you want to refund "
till now no response received from them, no calls.
therefore please help with refund my 75K amount.

These ### called for high tea in 5 star hotel and showed colorful pictures during discussion. These cheaters have the strategy of calling couples for discussion and we can not say no to offers in the presence of spouse. These cheaters assured many things and forced to enroll at the spot. I have paid heavily using CREDit card. These cheaters told us that email will be sent within 3 days. No news after 7 days and try to reach out sales people with whom interactions happened. These cheaters are not receiving calls. The names of these ### are Sudhir Kumar (mobile 8851345429 ) and Abhijeet (mobile 8368205216).
These ### should be jailed and punished so that others will be careful.
Hopefully, I will get some help in this platform to get refund.
