They called us in a hotel saying we have movie passes & gift voucher for holiday tour for 2 night within India. I paid Rs. 1, 32, 300/- for membership believing the commitment made by the company representative Mr. Aamir Zaidi.
They told that I can cancel at anytime within 10 days and get the refund of membership amount paid. Also, it is mentioned in the purchase agreement.
I told membership on 10th Dec'22 and requested for cancellation on 12th December'2022 due to urgent need of money.
However, till now I haven't received my refund amount for the cancellation of membership.
I'm repeatedly calling to sales person- Aamir Zaidi and he is saying to talk to Rahul Arora for the refund. When I speak to Rahul Arora, he is just saying to mail us and not getting proper response as proper timeline for the refund. Its just going here & there with no resolution.

Working in this company are big bas**rds and id*ots. This company representatives are cheating innocent people. I followed up for services or cancellation of membership for 4 months. No one responses to calls or emails. I was following up with cheaters like Rahul Arora, Mahender, Aftab, Manisha, Ravi, Sudhir Kumar, Pankaj, Ananya, Abhijeet, Dinesh, etc.. This company must be banned and above bast**rds must be punished in public.
