They called us in a hotel saying we have movie passes & gift voucher for holiday tour for 2 night within India. I paid Rs. 1, 32, 300/- for membership believing the commitment made by the company representative Mr. Aamir Zaidi.
They told that I can cancel at anytime within 10 days and get the refund of membership amount paid. Also, it is mentioned in the purchase agreement.
I told membership on 10th Dec'22 and requested for cancellation on 12th December'2022 due to urgent need of money.

However, till now I haven't received my refund amount for the cancellation of membership.

I'm repeatedly calling to sales person- Aamir Zaidi and he is saying to talk to Rahul Arora for the refund. When I speak to Rahul Arora, he is just saying to mail us and not getting proper response as proper timeline for the refund. Its just going here & there with no resolution.

Request to please process my refund at earliest.

On-line digital fraud and fake loan account with HDFC bank (loan account no:[protected] wrt savings account no: [protected] with account name : Ramakanta Mishra having Govt id ( Aadhar card no:[protected]

This letter begins with due respect that on 12/06/2022 I got a call for invitation from Mr Abhishek Pratap singh (Mob: [protected]/[protected]) company name: Grand Vivanta vacation as a guest for their event and promise to offer movie voucher & free stay for 105 days (5 star hotel in all over the world )loyalty card with validity of 15 years + Rs 30, 000 as free flight booking at a package of Rs 2, 05, 000 (Enclosed signed form) and for that we have authorised them to deduct Rs 8542 as an EMI in 24 month (Enclosed debit/credit card payment confirmation letter) subject to approval from HDFC bank.
But to my surprise there has been a deduction of Rs 12, 886 in 5thof every month starting from 5thJuly 2022&already there are deduction of 4 instalments despite standing instruction given to HDFC bank, Bommanahalli Branch, Bangalore
To verify the authenticity of the fraud party part from above false ways of cheating and withdrawing money from account, we also had send mail to their booking dept ([protected]@grandvivanta.com) on 19th Sept 22 to book a room in Novotel Hyderabad from 7th Oct 22 to 12th oct 22 but nobody respond to our mail and their sales person also not respond to our call so after sending repeated mail and call finally they reply us on 22nd out of 4 hotel (name given by them) we have to choose a hotel but when we called to one of that hotel they inform that they don’t have any tie-up with Grand Vivanta vacationPvt ltd.
We search about Grand Vivanta vacation Pvt ltd. Review in google and found that this company is doing fraud transaction with many people
so requesting you to please take immediate action against these company.

Neither I have received a confirmation call from the bank and nor the bank has any documentary proof from the bank account holder, nor the fraud party had submitted signed authority letter for EMI purpose.

Ive had a serious issue with my payment .
Im raising this issue since few months and got absolutely nothing. Mr Mahindra contacted me and promised to resolve this. Since then ive been sending him and also via mail all the documents. But got no response from anyone inspite of sending mails everyday . This is absolutely ridiculous. Ive never come across such a bad service company.

Im going to attach all the call recodings, mails, messages, including of Mr Rahul Sharma and sales executive who sold this scam to me and file a consumer complaint since youre not responding. I hope someone competent adress my grievance

Fir wahan par Rashmi Singh ji ne hame bahut company ki services ke bare main bataya ki ham log aapko free hotel and breakfast fast denge 4d/5n ek saal main jiski membership fees 85000 jo ki 5saal ki membership hai is main aapko parti varsh 6999 AMF dena rahega. Payment kar diya or 26/8/22 ko maine Rashami ji ko bola aap Allapy ke liye 3/9/22 se 5/9/22 tak ke liye hotel book karwa do to unhone Muje kaha aap apni mail id se mail kar do maine mail kiya to dushre din mail aaya ki sold out aap koi dushri location batao to maine Goa ke liye main kiya to unka jawab aaya hotel select karo jab maine reply kiya to wahi reply aaya ki sold out jahan tak Muje lag raha hai ye sirf or sirf logo se paise thagne ka kam kar rahe hai

Their team called us for dinner and holiday, where we ended up taking a membership.
1) They committed that they had hotels like Marriot Courtyard, Radisson, etc. available.
2) They informed that the concept is that they keep few rooms reserved for their clients and let go few days early. eg : They should have couple of rooms reserved in a hotel for Aug end, and will let go if there is no booking request, almost a week or so before Aug end.
3) They committed that their rooms will always be available as long as we are requesting atleast 15 days earlier for domestic travel and 30 days early for international travel.
4) Also, they showed the app in their phone where we could request flights, so they could get us some discount, and all the hotels available.

All of this turned out to be scam.
Their app is useless, with no hotels showing up. If we submit a request there or even feedback, no one checks or responds.
Experience Officer listed on their app is useless, as neither they pick calls, nor they respond anywhere else.
And no matter what you say, they will not repond on even emails.
We had contacted them atleast 1.5 months before a domestic holiday.
They wasted half month in sending first response.
Currently, we are waiting for over a week now (with multiple follow ups and calls) for them to just answer a simple question we put up as to how many room consumption would be counted.

They are a big SCAM. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM.

They will ask you to come to sheraton hotel as they are celebrating anniversary.
Dont go there. They will ask for membership fees in EMI. It is a fraud company. If you deny the invite they will abuse.

We have taken a membership from grand Vivanta on 18th April, 2022. We were promised lot of things before singing up for the membership. Whereas now when we want to redeem our benefits there is no one to pick the call. I have given around 600 calls to the sales executives relationship manager but hardly 15 times they received and spoke.

Listing down the promises made and not delivered:
1. 40 to 50% off on food and beverages but we did not get any such off
2. It was promised for 4 or 5 star property everything whereas when I booked my Goa trip my RM ignored to give the same. In her own words, “ sir aap Ka 25 years Ka membership hai, har baar 5 star property kaise denge”
3. We were promised to get a suite when 2 people are travelling but for the Goa stay they said “ how can we give a suite room” (atleast a executive suite)
4. Our shopping vouchers were promised to be processed in a week post taking the membership but till date we haven’t received
5. We were promised to be provided a complete documentation as in whatever communication was made during the promotional event which is never received
6. The AMC was promised to be waived off for 2 years where even that info is nowhere documented
7. It was said that whenever we don’t use any nights there will be no AMC which is also not documented
8. We were also said that in case any promises which are undelivered, the company shall refund the whole amount without any deductions
9. We were also communicated that all the information will be available on the app but there is nothing in the app and infact we are even supposed to track the holidays used manually
10. The login id credentials were promised to be provided within 4 working days but the same were received post 10 days around and after multiple follow ups
11. We were also promised to get physical cards of the membership which is now nowhere in the picture
12. We were committed to get 150 nights for 4 adults and 2 children or 1 adult but now we come to know that there are only 120 nights.
13. Also it was said that if we travel on 2+1 basis we will get 300 nights as calculation
14. We were said that it would be a no cost emi whereas while making the payment the limit was blocked from my own payment instruments. The meaning of NCEMI the venture make a contribution with financial institutions. Here, in case I fail to pay my emi the liability is shared both by grand Vivanta and myself but, when the limit is blocked from my payment instrument the liability is only mine. Now, if you make a delay to pay me the interest amount who will be responsible?
15. The sales executives themselves converted emi to 24 months but then post so many calls and follow ups they are giving only 12 months interest as reimbursement
16. We were promised to get whichever brand voucher we like but we did not even get that and they are giving some 3rd party vouchers where all the confides are sold more than the usual mrp

There are many more points but writing it in short

I am requesting you to please provide my full refund including the interest I paid and the other bank charges which will be levied. World like to withdraw myself from this daily harassment and request to compensate me by atleast 20% of the amount paid. Requesting for compensation as this particular company has spoiled my personal as well as professional life very badly.

The company confirmed the receipt of payment by mail however i receive bill indicating amount 66666.67 and GST Rs. 3333.33/- net amount 70000/- instead of 75000/-

Also they have mentioned AMC Charges Rs 15999/- per year whereas they committed Rs. 9999/- per year at the time of purchasing .

the meeting was held on 23rd of May 2022 at Hotel Welcome at Dwarka.
after getting such email, i tried to contact Mr. Pawan but not responded, msg also dropped through whatsapp, responded but after much time.

i have written email to customer care, they are not initiated for the same what they committed at the time of meeting. accordingly i have written email for refund. again i called to sales person, he responded and ask to visit head office at Lajpat Nagar for sign the refund form. on 1st of June i personally visited their office for the same. at that time the sales person not available at office even he has not responded my call. i met to one of Manager at their office, he tried to convince me to continue with this plan. i told him to proceed with refund. even i asked him to give me visiting card but not given. he said "you will get email confirmation if you want to refund "
till now no response received from them, no calls.

therefore please help with refund my 75K amount.
