Grand Vivanta Vacation Pvt Ltd — Mentally harassed and not delivering the promises made

Hi Team,

We have taken a membership from grand Vivanta on 18th April, 2022. We were promised lot of things before singing up for the membership. Whereas now when we want to redeem our benefits there is no one to pick the call. I have given around 600 calls to the sales executives relationship manager but hardly 15 times they received and spoke.

Listing down the promises made and not delivered:
1. 40 to 50% off on food and beverages but we did not get any such off
2. It was promised for 4 or 5 star property everything whereas when I booked my Goa trip my RM ignored to give the same. In her own words, “ sir aap Ka 25 years Ka membership hai, har baar 5 star property kaise denge”
3. We were promised to get a suite when 2 people are travelling but for the Goa stay they said “ how can we give a suite room” (atleast a executive suite)
4. Our shopping vouchers were promised to be processed in a week post taking the membership but till date we haven’t received
5. We were promised to be provided a complete documentation as in whatever communication was made during the promotional event which is never received
6. The AMC was promised to be waived off for 2 years where even that info is nowhere documented
7. It was said that whenever we don’t use any nights there will be no AMC which is also not documented
8. We were also said that in case any promises which are undelivered, the company shall refund the whole amount without any deductions
9. We were also communicated that all the information will be available on the app but there is nothing in the app and infact we are even supposed to track the holidays used manually
10. The login id credentials were promised to be provided within 4 working days but the same were received post 10 days around and after multiple follow ups
11. We were also promised to get physical cards of the membership which is now nowhere in the picture
12. We were committed to get 150 nights for 4 adults and 2 children or 1 adult but now we come to know that there are only 120 nights.
13. Also it was said that if we travel on 2+1 basis we will get 300 nights as calculation
14. We were said that it would be a no cost emi whereas while making the payment the limit was blocked from my own payment instruments. The meaning of NCEMI the venture make a contribution with financial institutions. Here, in case I fail to pay my emi the liability is shared both by grand Vivanta and myself but, when the limit is blocked from my payment instrument the liability is only mine. Now, if you make a delay to pay me the interest amount who will be responsible?
15. The sales executives themselves converted emi to 24 months but then post so many calls and follow ups they are giving only 12 months interest as reimbursement
16. We were promised to get whichever brand voucher we like but we did not even get that and they are giving some 3rd party vouchers where all the confides are sold more than the usual mrp

I am requesting you to please provide my full refund including the interest I paid and the other bank charges which will be levied. World like to withdraw myself from this daily harassment and request to compensate me by atleast 20% of the amount paid. Requesting for compensation as this particular company has spoiled my personal as well as professional life very badly.

Grand Vivanta Vacations - This is fraud company.

These ### called for high tea in 5 star hotel and showed colorful pictures during discussion. These cheaters have the strategy of calling couples for discussion and we can not say no to offers in the presence of spouse. These cheaters assured many things and forced to enroll at the spot. I have paid heavily using CREDit card. These cheaters told us that email will be sent within 3 days. No news after 7 days and try to reach out sales people with whom interactions happened. These cheaters are not receiving calls. The names of these ### are Sudhir Kumar (mobile [protected] ) and Abhijeet (mobile [protected]).
These ### should be jailed and punished so that others will be careful.

Hopefully, I will get some help in this platform to get refund.
can we take court proceedings against them? if all the registered member here agrees.
