[Resolved]  Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt. Ltd. — Fraud

My Name is Anju Pal, i am from Mumbai Kalyan. I have got a call on 15/10/22 stating that i have offered a free vouchers of 3 nights 4 days tour. I have been called to one of the hotel in Kalyan ( Kalyan sports club). I visited there and then on of their sales person named Garry chauhan ( Gurjinder) attended me and informed about their tours and travels membership packages, they informed us that Grand Vivanta Vacations (GVV) has a tie ups with all 4star and 5star hotels all over in India and they offered a package to me of 5 years 35 days stay anywhere in India for an amount of 135000, and a promotional offer 2 return air tickets and 6nights 7 days stay anywhere in India. Also they said the amount which we pay can be converted into 24 émis without any interest, so we agreed on this condition and paid the amount by our credit card and accepted the package. After a day we can see that the total amount has been debited by the bank iny credit card, so i called Mr Garry, he said sorry that was mistakenly done, they will speak to the bank and the amount will converted to emi, till now there is no update on it, and if we ask for cancellation they are not even ready to do it. i have also emailed them for holiday booking, they do not even reply to my emails. This is clearly a fraud company and I need my money back. Can someone look into it and get this resolved. Meanwhile i will keep following up with them.
