Invited to Hotel in Hyderabad on 28/06/2022 and made presentations for holidays and charged INR 1, 50, 000 for vacation packages for 1 week of holidays every year. initially had responded on phone but then no response further for booking of holidays...

I am a member since last 7 years but not received any service from grand Vivant, always I was told about un availabilty of the property.

These fraudsters first took 1.35 lacs and then 40000 . Now are not giving service promised. I want my money back 1.35+ 40000 rs....

We paid 1.35 lacs initially. Went to neemrana once. Paid 6 thousand more.Were given last minute confirmation that too far away from city. Did not like .
Yet we felt probably it happens sometimes.
Then we gave 40000 more in which we were promised to and from air tickets + accommodation at any place in India. Now they hv put a cap to 20000 air fare ans accommodation they offer is subb standards. They ask for around 80000 more....

1. The sales person gave lot of false commitments or the booking team is not fulfilling the commitments.
2. They are charging some exchange fees for every resort.
3. The company is not able to provide the hotels which are promised and saying we have thwt policy
4. The company is not giving me full refund as well, as they are not able to fulfil the commitments and charging me 70% as administrative expenses fees.

Please help me in getting my hard earned money back...

They called and asked to come to novotel hotel bangalore, then they promised 4-5 star hotels service for 10 years, and charged 1, 16, 000 rs. Now not picking calls, one of the number is already inactive.

I had taken their package for 10 years by making a payment on 1.32 lakhs on December 2022. Out of this they swiped 1.15 lakhs from my credit card saying they are providing 0% EMI. They promised many things in words at the time of booking but none was fulfilled till now.
Tried to point down some of their frauds and tricks they are using to make people fall in their trap-

I received a call from Grand Vivanta sales team on 17th July afternoon and they told me that I have been selected from Mahinda & Mahindra motors (as recently i purchased vehicle) so i though this might be genuine. They asked me to come at "Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park" in the evening. I reached their and the sales person Mohit approached me with their fraud schemes. I tired looking for many resources to check if this is genuine or not. Got mixed response and i went ahead and purchased the Holiday Plan for 160000. I purchase Holiday Membership on 17th July'22 by paying INR 160000, the payment mode was Personal Loan and EMI supposed to be for 8888.88 (which is interest free- as per Sales Person). The very next day I got SMS from my bank HDFC with the confirmation of my Loan amount, Tenure and EMI. Which reads as loan amount is 160000 for 18 Months, and EMI is INR 10057. This is more than what Sales Person told me. The same time I called customer service and informed about the issue and my concern was not taken care properly, Ruba (customer care rep) told me that I will get a call back within 2 hrs from concerned person, but its been 10 days now he/she didn't call me even after many followup calls and email. I had sent email at "[protected]@grandvivanta.com" and "[protected]@grandvivanta.com" to confirm the cancellation of my membership which is within their cancellation period of 10 days. So, this membership cancellation email was sent on 20th july'22. and that is not addressed till now. They asked me the pro-rata basis statement from bank which i provided but still no one has called for confirmation of cancellation. Everyday 3-4 times i am calling to customer service to check on the status, every time they say I will get a call back on urgent basis but no one call back. The Sales Person who promised heaven on earth whiling selling their product are as listed below-- Mohit-- [protected] Sudhir--[protected] It's not like i havn't tried reaching on these mobile number. They are not responding to my msgs and calls from next day only. I have sent many msg on Whatsapp and tried calls. But no response. Request to Others-- Please don't get into trap of these people false promises, and never give them single penny of your income. I was offered as a gift for buying my new car. The manager told me to give my card for checking eligibility and then my money was withdrawn. I had contacted several times to cancel and return my money, but no response till now . It’s been 7 months . I thought o[censored]sing their vacation plan and neither did they do anything for me . Now when I click on the link it is showing Grand Amanta instead of grand Vivanta . Total fraud .

I was invited with my wife for free holiday vouchers from grand vivanta, I was given 45 minutes lecture from sales executive Mr Anand Chauhan ([protected]) that you will get these benefits, you will get chance to stay in 5 star properties if you take our membership, firstly I avoided but he tried to make that offer more fascinating by giving me extra holidays and all. It was that kind of pressure that I could not avoid that day and ultimately I took membership go grand vivanta for hefty amount of Rs 1, 54, 000/- and that too on EMI basis.
The very next day Mr Anand started avoiding me, he did not receive my calls, at that very point of time I thought that this company is fraud, but I thought lets take one chance.
Mr Aftab Alam was appointed as manager for me.
Now from last one month I have been asking them for booking, they are not at all responding to my booking mails
And today after 15-20 days they are telling me that its a long weekend, property is not confirming booking.
I am feeling like I have been cheated and I have wasted my hard earned money on this fake membership package.
After that they called me through other Person Mr Ali, He also fooled me for almost 1 month and after that they provided me confirmation voucher for Coorg
10 Days before my booking I called the resort to confirm my booking but the did not confirmed it as the payment was pending from grand vivanta.
I told Mr Ali that payment is pending from your side kindly do the same as property is not confirming my booking, the told me Sir you kindly proceed without ant fear, payment will be done to property timely and your booking is 100% confirmed

I went to coorg with this assurance and day before my booking I called the resort and to my shock they did not confirm my booking and also the resort was sold out for that day.

I was speechless and was also feeling helpless

This is company has not only taken my money but has also harassed me on higher level, I literally feel like I'm begging in front of them for my bookings.

Request to take strict actions against such companies and provide me refund of my membership amount at earliest

We have been called to a fancy restaurant for a high tea where we have been told about the perks of being a privileged "Grand Vivanta" member and the potential benefit which we can reap if we take up the plan. We have also been informed about the various tie-ups with four and five start hotels not only in India but abroad. Once we took the proposal and next day when we asked about our benefits, the whole staged artists started taking off their masks one by one.
Firstly, we asked to redeem one night stay along with dinner package at the place of our choice but they failed to fulfil as a result, wasting our time and further they gave options to choose from a list and again when we chose they were reluctant to provide those services in the desired place and lastly they settled with some basic restaurant or facility of our one night dinner which were out of the list and sub standard as well. From this we got to know the services that might be provided at later point of time.
Secondly, the timeline from we raise a request and get a reply, one will lose his/her interest in planning a trip in that respective place.
Thirdly, we tried to book 5 days stay in Goa and again we were not provided the desired place of stay which were promised during our mentoring session.
Fourthly, the promises that were made for the coupon and related stuff within 2-3 days were not fulfilled as well, a lot of fake promises concerning amazing services and experiences were made during our 1 hour session which were not in line with the kind of experience we've had till now. Our phone calls are not answered. We are fed up with this bad behaviour and therefore we want to revoke our membership.
Lastly, even after shooting out a mail regarding cancellation of membership we did not get any phone call within the next couple of days which we presume is an act of extending the timeline beyond 10 days so that the refund membership amount could be lessened further.

We want maximum compensation for what we lost.

I’m Karthikeyan. This is regarding my issue with Grand Vivanta Vacations. I have taken a package with Grand Vivanta Vacations on 25/12/2022 for ₹140000. But, after taking the policy I decided to cancel the policy for some personal reasons with 10 days.
When I contacted them for the cancellation, they are telling that it cannot be cancelled for “Personal Reasons” which is not updated in the policy nor by the sales person.
I have been contacting them for the past 15 days for resolving the issue. But each time I’m getting the response as “A person from cancellation team will get back to you within today’s EOD”.
I’m getting the same response everyday and no one contacted nor updated me.
Clearly, with this I’m very much disappointed with the customer care service which is offered by Grand Vivanta Vacations.
Finally, when I told this reason for cancellation, they are telling that this is also not a valid reason.
In their policy, it is clearly written that “If you are not satisfied with our service, you can opt for cancellation”.

Customer care service is one of the service offered by Grand Vivanta, but there are not taking responsibility of that.
Its a huge disappointment and worst customer care support.

They are calling in the name of providing 2days holiday voucher with movie tickets but after so many mail no response.

This is Fraud vacation club i would request people to not come in their lucrative offer because after taking membership no one is responding for the hotel booking request we had taken membership of this club during August 2022 and since then i am requesting them to book my vacation for Goa and they are continuously sharing fake confirmation voucher when i am calling particular hotel i come to know that hotel is not having such kind of booking with them and when i am calling back to grand vivanta team they are saying that they are getting failed for the confirmed booking so what is the meaning of confirmation voucher? against my this question they are not replying and based on such fake confirmation vouchers i had also booked my air tickets and unfortunately we had lost our this amount of air freight too due to them

i strongly recommend people to not come under their representative skill of lucrative offer

during membership they are committing for the 4 and 5 star s hotel booking commitment but they are doing booking through Agoda which we can also do by our own they are not having any tie up with any hotels please note this they are just making fool people

I had taken the package in Oct2021. They stopped receiving my calls post Mar22( I have all call records and emails which went unanswered)
Later we asked for refund due to financial crisis at our end.
I've been calling them for long but no response, I sensed fraud. I came in contact with many people who were experiencing same from GVV.
Later Mahinder received call and after long long followup said my refund will be done in September 22. Asked me to post good reviews on social media (have proof of this as well)
And later stopped receiving my calls

Now whenever I ask for refund they reply with vague emails which do not make any sense to what I've sent them
This needs to stop. I'm asking what is written in agreement.
They have looted people in lakhs

Again there is no action o n booking requested last week similat to earlier cases since last one month. Movie thetares gtake advance booking only for next one week and you also ask for booking request one week in advance . Then you dont act for 3-4 days and after the date is passed I get the mail saying that slots are not available which is nothing but fraud and cheating by the company which will only spoil the company image., I am again enclosing the screenshot showing evidence that booking is still availabke for 23 Nov. So I request to please book the ticket and confirm.
These circumstaitial evidence are sufficient to challenge your false statements in court of law

On 15th August, 2022 they invited us at The Landmark Towers, Kanpur.They firstly told us their fake scheme that they will provide 60000rs free airline tickets, free shoping voucher and also they say that their company is 34yr old but they started paying gst since last year, they told us that they have tie up with various hotels but when l call and ask them they say that they didn't have any tie-ups, At that time we met Sudhir Agarwal and Heena Chaudhary who cheat us, We have paid a amount of rs106000, and they said rest u can pay on Emi base, I want u to plz take action against them and put them behind bars, They just fool us and play with our hard earn money.We can provide u with certain proves if need any. I got a call from Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt Ltd on 5th Nov 2022 saying I am invited to get free vouchers for a couple movie ticket and free 3N/4D stay in any hotel in India. They told this they are offering since I purchased a car in Tata.

I went to Novotel in Charmiers Road, Chennai around 5pm.
Gurjindar 'Garry' Chauhan (ph no [protected]) and Pradeep (ph no [protected]) talked to us about the holiday packages.

I opted to take 135000 package which they promised to convert to 48 months EMI with 0% (zero percent) interest rate.
When I enquired about the transaction with my bank, they told me that 135000 being converted to 24 months EMI with 20% interest rate.

This is false promise from Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt Ltd and they cheated us by making us believe everything is proper.
It is unethical thing to do these kind of fake promotions.

They are not responding back properly on my request to cancel the package and refund my amount.

My Name is Anju Pal, i am from Mumbai Kalyan. I have got a call on 15/10/22 stating that i have offered a free vouchers of 3 nights 4 days tour. I have been called to one of the hotel in Kalyan ( Kalyan sports club). I visited there and then on of their sales person named Garry chauhan ( Gurjinder) attended me and informed about their tours and travels membership packages, they informed us that Grand Vivanta Vacations (GVV) has a tie ups...

I got a call from Grand Vivanta Vacation Pvt Ltd to come to Hotel The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata on 24-Sep-22. They offered us various packages in which we opted for 15 years membership at Rs 2.75, 000 for 36 months at no cost EMI paid via credit card The AMC fees is Rs 7999 that to will be waived if the stay is not more than 7 days in a year.
When I contacted bank on 11-Oct-22, the bank said that there is no request from the Merchant...

I would like to bring it to your notice that Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt. Ltd. Is a Fraud Company. They are using the well reputed Taj Vivanta’s name and with misinformation and fake promises playing with people’s hard-earned money.

I received a call from them on 18th September 2022, they said I have been selected to give 2 PVR movie ticket vouchers and a 3N hotel stay from them.

I reached their and the sales person Ankush Tyagi approached me with their fraud schemes. I tired looking for many resources to check if this is genuine or not. Got mixed response and i went ahead and purchased the Holiday Plan for 150000

Later I found out that they tell people that they are associated with Tata groups of hotel Vivanta and sell their fake membership plan. They changed me ₹150000 and said it will be a 24 months no cost EMI but when I called my bank, I got to know they didn’t even give me a No Cost EMI, its charged at 1.25 % Per month + 18% GST on Interest. Also, at the time to giving the membership plan they promised a lot of things which they are not agreeing to now. They are also ignoring my phone calls and emails and denying any refund.

There are many complaints registered against this company, they are cheating a lot of people.

I have raised a chargeback request with my HDFC bank and I hope they will give me a chargeback.

I request everyone to stay from this fraud company.

April 11th Paid for the membership after being promised that 100% refund on cancelation within a week
April 15th Called and mailed to inform the intention to cancel the membership and refund the money
May 2nd Finally received an acceptance to cancel the membership. But with only 80% of the total money, even though we were not even provided a membership number or login credential. Also it was mentioned that money would be refunded in 90days and 10 days prior a refund declaration would be sent.
August 5th Since it was 90 days plus and no communication from them. Mailed them but no reply.
August 7th We were sent a welcome mail with login credentials.
August 21st After multiple calls almost every day we received the declaration form for refund and we sent it back signed with details.
Sept 2nd Received a mail as reply to our multiple mail and calls saying refund request is forwarded to finance department and will be initiated next week. Over the call it was promised to be initiated by September 9.
September 12th Received a mail saying it will initiated the same day and the reference number would be sent.
September 15th After multiple calls and mail, we received a reply email promising to initiate refund by Sept 25th.
September 26th After multiple calls, received a reference number of refund request, which is internal to their company. We are still waiting for a money transaction to happen and the transaction number be shared.

Waste of money, time, peace of mind.

We have purchased holiday membership and they have promised lot of things. Now they are not even bothered to give service.
