I took Grand Vivanta membership on 16th on August and I am planning for the vacation on 23rd September so, I have sent an email for hotel booking but no response from company side. I have also tried to contact sales team but they are also not picking my phone.

I have no idea whom should I contact to resolve my issue....

This is a scam company. They have scammed me of 2, 85, 000, they had promised me 100 days of stays and travel voucher of 85, 000. They don't respond on customer care number or email. Their employees say that they have left the company. It's a big SCAM don't fall in this trap.

They called us in a hotel saying we have movie passes gifted for the vehicle we bought.
Then the scene was different, Vivanta FRAUD Sales Team befooled us and many more guests. They charged us Rs. 1 Lakh for the package and gave us following promises which were all FRAUD:

- they said they are in tie up with Vivanta from Tata group (i confirmed to Tata Group but they denied).

- They said if you don`t like services, you can get 100% refund- they didn`t make any bookings for us initially, and when we raised complaint then they denied to give refund.

When I tried to speak to their FRAUD Sales Team, they ignored the calls and also their customer care Team said they do not agree with what their Sales Team promised to us.

I have been following up for my bookings, mob app login and other issues but they don't respond back

Worst experience with GrandVivanta. They are running fraud business and looting people without any service and commitment. Its been 3 + month when Grand Vivanta marketing people called us at Bangalore location saying that based on your CAR purpose there is special holiday package for you. Sales person commit all Big Big thing and pressurize the people for take there package. Finally on the heat of the moment one get trapped and do the payment. Once the payment is done then you are done. This people don't pick up your call, Have hundred of reasons for not giving you hotels, flight or any service.
For me they told that there will be 3 years merchant side 0% emi and they charged whole amount at once. Even after running from pillars to post and contacting each possible numbers nothing moves on. On top of that this whenever you ask for hotels at any place (even 2 months before), they find some excuse and don't service the request. It's very difficult to catch them. Its seems that I have been cheated. There are several people who reported the same. Its your hard earned money don't waste on this fraud people.

They made me buy a 10 year vacation package promising 7 nights hotel booking every year. Whenever I call them no one picks call. Their customer care number is always switched off. They have done fraud and taken my money. I am struggling to book any holiday with them.

I bought their 10 year vacation package and they promised to give 7 Nights free hotel booking for 10 years. When I send email they do not respond and they are not providing any services. They have taken money and cheated. I want refund of my money but do not know whom to reach out as no one picks call on their customer care number.

I have been asking for the refund from the beginning of June but didn't get any response from them through mail.After lot of phone calls Mahender spoke with me.I asked for the refund but he insisted me to take one service from them, after that if i am not satisfied he promised that he will refund the amount.As per the discussion i requested for vacation on August 13 to 15 but I didn't get any response for that booking also.So on August 16th i was sending them mail explaining things and i want to speak with Mahendar .But till sept 2 they were telling like mahinder is on a other call, he is not available or he will call ack in 2 hrs like that.But i didn't get any update.

Finally they arranged a call with someone named Pankaj who was not professional and rude.Initially he was saying that your package was not refundable since you are requesting for refund after many days from your subscription and so I asked him to check my mail where i requested to refund which i sent on June 2nd.Later He was telling like without proper reason we won't cancel the package and refund the amount.I told that everywhere you are having negative reviews and because of that i have trust issues and personally i have experienced the same.i requested for vacation but you didn't provide the service like that.For that he was saying that grand Vivanta is having 4.4 star reviews whatever negative reviews you are seeing are fake and we won't refund your amount .They are No1 fraud

On 20th June 2022, we have fallen in the trap of Grand Vivanta Vacations PVT Ltd for the below given package, holiday of 4N/5D every year for the next 03 years - at the cost of Rs. 40, 000.

Due to medical emergencies, we have decided to cancel our membership with Grand Vivanta Vacations PVT Ltd. We have sent a mail on 1st August 22 to cancel the same due to our medical emergencies. I have tried calling on this number [protected]. They have informed that
" You have brought a premium package on invitation which is subject to cancellation fee of 32% within 10 days and 75% after 10 days from your amount which you have paid for the membership." This is absolutely cheating the customer.. Is law permits such fraud companies to define the cancellation charges as their convenience and to loot the customers.
This is not at all acceptable.
Request the concerned authorities to intervene and help us in getting our amount refund and also to help the society not to fall under such traps.

I have raised this complaint on 18th August 22. Till now the issue is not resolved. But the status of our compliant is updated as " Marked as resolved". Without resolving the issue, how my complaint is marked as solved.

I have been bluffed to get travel package for Asia and International amounting 2.05 laksh.

No one is responding properly for booking the property. Both Customer care and email are not taking any bookings.

To promote their false packages they made every one fools.

They have called me to invite us as a guest for their event and promised to offer movie vouchers and free stay for 2 nights. Neither we received any movie tickets and the free stay vouchers are also fake. VIa my credit card, i have pay 80, 000. No one pickup my call.

I request via this forum to take proper actions against them....

On 7 aug 2022 they invited us for our gift voucher with no hidden charges but they made a deal with us we paid on the spot for their mambership, but when we found them fraud we asked refund but they refused, even on same time, I want to cancel deal but they told us about procedure and made Excuses, please help

We have got a call from grand vivanta offering us free gift vouchers(2 movie tickets and 2 night 3 days stay at a hotel)for the car we have bought, the meeting was held in ITC fortune park, vellore.where the employe named diksha attended us and gave full fledged lecture about there company and benifits of staying in a luxurious hotel in low price and brains washed us with false commitments, then we have bought the package worth Rs.105000...

I would like to bring it to your notice that Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt. Ltd. Is a Fraud Company. They are using the well reputed Taj Vivanta’s name and with misinformation and fake promises playing with people’s hard-earned money

We purchased a TATA vehicle a few months back. These people called us on 14th of July stating that they are the same ‘Vivanta’ company which is the most reputed five-star hospitality brand in the Taj portfolio and associated with TATA group and since we purchased a TATA vehicle, they would like to gift us a free Holiday stay in India. By stating that they called us in a hotel and forced this membership on us with all fake promises.

Later we found out that this ‘Grand Vivanta’ is in no way related to ‘TAJ Vivanta’ or ‘TATA’. Simply by using Vivanta’s name they trapped and looted us. We found out that there is a huge difference between what they promised while selling the membership and the actual service/Facts.

They promised to give 10K Amazon voucher and free PVR passes within 24 hrs. Needless to mention we got nothing since it was again a fake promise even after multiple follow-ups.

They told us that they are associated with 900+ premium hotels brands worldwide and the list is available online. But when we asked for the list, they gave us the link to their webpage which doesn’t have any hotel details and the webpage looks very fake and unprofessional too.

We sent an email to them on 18th July asking for a holiday trip booking. They were supposed to get back to us within 24 hours with the list of hotels and bookings as promised. But it's been more than 2 weeks, we haven’t got any response.

Upon losing our trust and finding many complaints against this company, we asked for cancellation of our membership and refund of Rs 110000. But not getting any response from them regarding the cancellation. The sales team are not reachable, RM is not picking up the call, customer service team is not at all responding to the emails even after multiple follow-ups.

Please help us in getting our hard earned money refunded.

Please dont fall into the trap of this scamster company. This is a fraud company who just lure the customers and then dont provide the service that they promise.
Now that im extremely disappointed, requested them to cancel the membership, even that is not getting processed. They just update they will process but they dont do.
Police case, blacklisting them is the only solution so that other people dont fall into the trap....

I went through all complaints and found there are many victims of this so called vacation company.

Here i am listing few points which will be helpful in recovering your money, because i understand the pain everyone has to go through to get service from these guys.

1) Request them to refund your money if you are not satified with the service's terms and conditions. or any mismatch between promised services vs real services.

2) Wait for the date commited by them, if they don't give you refund, don't even wait for another day and start legal process, same as below. because they will try to fool you by giving another date, and surely they are not gonna give refund on that day and biggest that's trap, and surely don't wait for 3 months as per their terms.

3) First raise cyber crime complaint, and call to your bank for dispute of your transaction, normally bank allows to report transaction dispute for 60 days from the date of transaction.

4) Bank generally resolves these kind of issue in a month, in a month you will get refund, but still because of any reason you don't get then approach district consumer court.

I hope this will help, i have been through this painful process, and i know it's difficult to get refund, and you can't trust their promises.

I was been charged 1.6 Lakhs for the Executive package and along with some beauftiful Goodies which they said it will reach in 3 working days.

So far I have not received any login details nor amazon gift vouchers worth rs 20K.

I was even promised a Lunch will be organized and these buggers are not even responding to my messages not phone calls.

I need the money refunded back, else I will be lodging a complaint in consumer forum for false promises to customers along with all written evidence shared by thier sale team.

If you want to hold any administration charges, Then I dont think I can compromise on the resolution as you guys wasted the entire family time along with kids without food till 11PM..

I am Hemant Kander staying presently in Chennai at 321, 1a, 2a samundeshwari nagar, Kelambakkam, tamilnadu- 603103. On May 14th 2022 we received a call stating that we been selected for the free vacation voucher at grand Vivanta vacations PVT ltd since we have purchased Hyundai car & to collect the voucher we need to go Siruseri industrial park, Mercury hotel Chennai. There we been convinced to purchase the holiday package of 1, 50, 000inr which we paid through the credit card on spot. They do have committed lot of deliverables which was not delivered pfb details: Sales manager mentioned that there will be no AMF after the payment of 1, 50, 000 package amount this was main reason we opted the package how ever same not been mentioned in the agreement. The free nights (5night 6days will be with lunch and Dinner(not the package nights). I will be getting lunch or dinner during any birthday or wedding anniversary. Clothing voucher worth 40K supposed to be shared. My EMI conversion of 3years interest will be bared by company. This was committed verbally however they said we will get an email on what ever been committed but next day when we received the email nothing was mentioned on the email expect few with partial delivery after so many Email communication. When we did try to book hotel from the free nights we been offered to stay at hotels near to city and industrial area which is not all recommended for vacation stay. This made me pissed with their service that is the time when I decided to cancel the member though they did try to retain me by providing waiver on the AMF for 3years and clothing vouchers but my concern here is if I continue with them how reliable that will be ? If they don’t give their services later properly then they will have a strong point for not refunding my paid amount. Kindly note that I have asked for the full refund to the company Grand Vivanta vacations pvt ltd but they are saying as per the terms I we have signed there will be a deduction of 32% which almost 48, 000inr a big amount however there was no service was delivered expect bunch of false commitments. We really need consumer complain India support to get the full refund. Please do note I am already paying interest for emi for the amount was paid to Grand Vivanta vacations pvt ltd. Need your support if we get back the interest amount as well.

Grand vivanta vacations is a scam.after realising this, we applied for refund .and they told within 3 months they will refund but 3 months is over.no refund.now they have stopped picking up our calls and no reply in e mails. We were scammed in grand otterre hotel in bangalore, april 16 2022.

Received a call that offered me a free gift of 2n/3d hotel stay at grand vivanta properties and 2 PVR Movie tickets in India. they asked me to come collect with my partner at Radisson Blu hotel in Bangalore. Turns out that they were trying to fool us into some 5, 10, 20 years packages for sums that went up to Rs 3, 65, 000 /- to be given in EMI. Please note that the company grand vivanta itself is a scam. they dont have any offices just they told office in Delhi only, Also attaching screenshot of the whatsapp message in which they offered me the gifts

We were called in Radisson-Blu and sales team showed colorful picture and promised to give 4/5 star accommodations in India and abroad. Along with it they did so many other promises They charged us almost 2.5 Lakh for the package and made us sign on the agreement. We were shocked to see that the terms and conditions were not as per presentation and already informed Mithun (sales person) to amend and send us the updated document which is not done till now. We feel cheated. This is gross mis-selling. Their customer care is not at all reachable. Login ID-Password which they have given is not working.

We want to file a case against them and want our money back.

The company had a promotion activity in Bangalore on 19-Jun-2022 for their vacations and holiday packages. The representatives of the company quickly explained the plan and made us agree for a plan and got us very hurriedly signed on some form. They also made us pay Rs 2, 30, 000/- by Credit Card. When back home, we read the form carefully and found that Annual Fee @Rs 18500/- has also been included, which we had not agreed to. We immediately informed to the representatives Mr Mithun [Ph [protected]] and Mr Ashish [Ph [protected]] not to process our form. But, it was processed and we got a mail from the company that membership is done. This included the Annual Fee Rs 18499/- also. The representatives had told that this fee shall be applicable only if hotels are used for more than 4 days and only if certain facilities are used. We had already told them that we are not interested in the services to be given in Rs 18500/- AMC. They included AMC without our consent, and in fraudulent manner. We requested them to do membership without charging 18500/-. Or cancel this. They are forcing us to avail Rs 18500/- service which we do not want. Their reps have done fraud and misrepresentation.

Went to their seminar and below was promised -

1. We will get 35 night stay in 4/5 star hotels in 70k rupees.
2. We will have to pay annual maintenance fee only if we stay in a property continuously for 6 days.
3. We will get stay if we will send mail before 10 days.
4. we can use all the nights in single year.
5. package is valid for 5 years.

I've lost my 1 lakh rupees in this company

This company is BIG SCAM, they offer so many things at the time of event and they don't deliver anything, just bunch of lies, i hope people avoid this company going forward as your money will be gone, if you buy anything from these people.

If you ask for refund they will dedcut 10000 rupees, my friend is victim of this fraud, he is not getting refund since last 1 month, he is getting one date from another date,
