April 11th Paid for the membership after being promised that 100% refund on cancelation within a week
April 15th Called and mailed to inform the intention to cancel the membership and refund the money
May 2nd Finally received an acceptance to cancel the membership. But with only 80% of the total money, even though we were not even provided a membership number or login credential. Also it was mentioned that money would be refunded in 90days and 10 days prior a refund declaration would be sent.
August 5th Since it was 90 days plus and no communication from them. Mailed them but no reply.
August 7th We were sent a welcome mail with login credentials.
August 21st After multiple calls almost every day we received the declaration form for refund and we sent it back signed with details.
Sept 2nd Received a mail as reply to our multiple mail and calls saying refund request is forwarded to finance department and will be initiated next week. Over the call it was promised to be initiated by September 9.
September 12th Received a mail saying it will initiated the same day and the reference number would be sent.
September 15th After multiple calls and mail, we received a reply email promising to initiate refund by Sept 25th.
September 26th After multiple calls, received a reference number of refund request, which is internal to their company. We are still waiting for a money transaction to happen and the transaction number be shared.

Waste of money, time, peace of mind.

Its been 7+ months now, and now they are asking us to avail their service once at least if we require a refund. The lady who spoke to us clearly mentioned that the money will not be refunded at any cost and ridiculed us saying you may continue to keep calling. We have recorded the call for a proof.

I have lost rs. 1, 25, 000 in the month of Aug 2022. No one is responding And this is a scam, fraud.

working in this company are non professional. They are big ### and cheaters.. such people must be punished in public.

Have to fight legally for our hard earned money.
Did you try raising a dispute against the transaction from ur bank side? If not, then check with ur bank once to see if you could still raise a dispute.

I was a victim too by them. But I realized soon by their response that they are bunch of frauds and within a month raised a dispute against the transaction I made with them from my bank side saying refund service not provided by Grand Vivanta.

My bank raised a chargeback and helped me to get 100% refund. But the process took almost 3months.

Even for me Grand Vivanta sales guy said 100% refund if I cancelled within 10days but when I asked to cancel they said only 70% they would refund.

But was lucky got my 100% refund since bank found them as fraud and helped to cancel that transaction.

All the best for you too, just don’t waste anymore time and talk to ur bank and see i[censored] can raise a dispute..

I contacted the bank within 7 days of transaction and tried persuading them for a month. But the bank people insisted that I get a mail from Vivanta saying they won't refund money to take any action against them. This was the case with ICICI bank. Glad to hear your bank helped you through this. We are now moving legally.
