It has been almost 4 weeks, I have purchased a Ventair infinity 3g kitchen chimney. When I unbox the product infront of Ventair expert, I have seen my product is damaged, so I returned this product last to last week. Still now it is pending. When I asked from him (Sinthi More salesperson), every time he told me, need some time. So my question, is it the customer service of a reputed company? As well as he told me, my brand new product is coming from Barasat location, now my another question, Barasat location is out of India or not? If it is not, so why are you taking so much time for this thing. If Great eastern is unable to resolve this problem, please returned my cash & close the company.
