I have purchased an AC with full payment from Great Eastern appliance in Dalhousie on last Thursday and it was expected to get the installation done by now but unfortunately till now I didn't receive the product where the dispatch massage I got yesterday. I think this is high time to look into servicing matters because there are a lot of other companies to compete with Great Eastern. Since I used to be a regular customer of Great Eastern and had no bad experience earlier, this time I again made the purchase there but after getting this poor disappointing service, next time I will make sure not buying anything from here anymore.

We have purchased 10 AC, 3 Gyser and 10 Fan from the Great eastern appliances showroom at Mansarovar, Jaipur on 09.03.2024. Sales Person Mr. Rohit promised to deliver new products, but he deliver old products. When we call they misbehave and denied to change the same. I am requested to change the old product as delivered otherwise I will file a complaint against the company as well as sales person and manager. We also called to manager he also misbehave ans stated that " M kuch bhi change nahi karunga aap jo chahe kar lo". This type of behave of manager of showroom is not good and I have no option to file a complaint / FIR against them.

I bought a whirlpool fridge from the great Eastern Dalhousie on saturday[protected]. I was promised confirmed delivery in 3 days with the confirmation of stocks being available.
After 4 days, i was told that the stocks were not available with no defined delivery date.
We kept on calling for an update and every time we were given false promises of the product getting delivered today itself.After the last call the sale person told me to come there and after visiting 3 times they still Telling me to wait and now not receiving any call . The took the amount of 36000 and make the bill but when I asked for a refund after waiting long still not ready to refund and harassing me. It was way unprofessional of them they were rude and misbehaving with costumers. The sales person was also asking me 5000 extra and I gave her but not her phone is off and when I went to the showroom they are not taking any action.

I purchased the fridge and paid the amount of 36000 but the product is not delivered yet and the sales person is also delaying by making different excuses and was way rude, it was way unprofessional behavior of the great Eastern staff .All were just asking to come and complain but not taking any action.When I'm talking about my refund and cancellation if the product they are not even giving me return.i want help as soon as possible

I HAVE PURCHASED ONE AC Hitachi 518HDEA/1.5 TON INVERTER SPLIT AC (INDOOR) from 2/17/1, G.TRoad, Keyaghat, Uttarpara, Hoogly, Pin - 712258, West Bengal on 05.06.2021, But at that time not given In Voice Bill of that Item.
Now In Voice bill is required for repair of Mother Board of that Machine, Technician of Hitachi company demanded In Voice bill since The AC machine is under warrantee period.

I am Animesh Sil. I have purchased a product on 20th June 23 and I got a confirmation that product will be delivered within 10 days. But it was not happened and after so many calls and physical visit on store final I got the product on 5th July. Than I called sales executive for installation so she is not responding and rejected my calls. And also did log installation call which supposed to be done by her.

During purchase of AC machine detail information provided to them as 9th floor and outside window the external machined needs to be fit in.I asked them let us know if there is any concern .
They did not tell anything, but in the recent past before installation they told without cutting window grill they can't install AC machine at the last moment.This has caused a serious problem for me.
If it would have informed during purchase I could have taken decision accordingly..Now my interior colour etc has been done and further modition to the grill may lead s to huge additional cost.
If I would not receive an acceptable solution I may go ahead for a legal step.

I booked a Whirlpool refrigerator on 6th May from the Madhyamgram Great Eastern store but received delivery of a different model. They showed me a different refrigerator model but generated the bill against another model as the one they had on display was out of stock, but this happened without our knowledge. We spoke to the store manager who said that since the model we chose in the first place is out of stock, we can buy a different model by paying the difference and delivery charges and had to send an email requesting approval from the store owner. So this time we choose a Samsung refrigerator but the approval has not come yet. Please help me on this.

Great eastern saltlake Kolkata (BD 17) retail outlet is pathetic. I purchased split ac one week back in cash. No one came. The sales boy does not recv calls after calling numerous times. He once recvd call to insult like have you got electric at home ? So you know what ac is ? He says for installation i must buy all materials required and that too it's common sense to guess what materials. They won't say anything so that cust faces issues. 7 days passed. Vendor Lloyd's mechanic manager says he will ensure ac does not get installed. So also two salesboy. They are not transferring call to manager. Now what to do. Even not provided warranty. This is fraud. Great eastern company Kolkata is big time fraud. Typical cheat type. They are liable to get license cancelled and apologise compensate customers. It's 42°C and sultry. 7 days and counting. Threats continue. Is there any law in this place ? How dare these outlets cheat customers with no fear of any backlash.

They are big scammers dont trust them . I ordered ac from them and cancelled within one day . My entire money of 42000 they still didnt return me its been more than one month. I reached out to everyone but no refund .. terrible customer service beware of them

We have purchased one Lloyd ac from Great eastern shop, Kolkata, Old Court House Street on 17 Apr 2023 (order no. DLH/SO2324/02123), after many rerequest it was delivered on 21 Apr 23, So many complaints raised by me as a customer, Technician came for installation on 28 Apr 23, during installation technician found both indoor as well as outdoor compartment damaged, I reported this matter on same day to shoppe manager, but till date item not replaced, kindly look into the matter seriously, else I have to go consumer Court. Ac floor Manager Smita, mr Tanmay of Great eastern Shop misbehave with me, and they denied to refund my money or ac.They have chitted me. Enough is enough, I have to opt another method.

I have paid in full for purchase of a Samsung washing machine on 07.04.2023 from Great eastern, Garia branch, Kolkata-700084. I am still waiting for delivery of my product. After 11 days, on 18.04.2023 I was told that the product is not available and hence I revisited the branch and paid extra ₹2, 200 and chose another product. It was promised to me by the salesman that positively without fail the item shall be delivered by 21.04.2023. Now whenever I call, they give lame excuses and keep delaying delivery of the product. I feel harassed and am very upset with the unprofessional attitude of the staff. This is direct cheating to the customer. Mr. Raju Mondal(mob-[protected]) is the salesperson and every time I call regarding delivery of my product, he keeps giving lame excuses that the manager Mr.Debasish is not allowing delivery or allocating a vehicle to my area. I want to know if Great Eastern is involved in cheating customers and keeping their money without delivering the items even after full payment. I want the product delivered within 24hrs or need full refund of my money along with interest. Order number for this purchase is W1222/2324/02226.

I bought a bluestar 3 star non inverter ac on saturday(15-Apr-2023). I was promised confirmed delivery in 3 days with the confirmation of stocks being available.

2 days later the monologue changed from ac is out of delivery, to ac has been procured and would now be sent for delivery.
With no delivery even after 6 days, they came up with a new dailogue that the brackets are not available but rest assured the ac would be delivered today.
The latest comment from their end being the brackets have now been procured we are loading the ac for delivery.. which it seems they are doing for the last 8 hrs.
Sitting on the 7th day post purchase, their is no confirmation of the ac and just false promises of delivery.
The current weather is 43 degrees yet great eastern never fails to make a fool of their customers.
My money is stuck and i cant even go to a store which is delivering ac in 2 days.
This is nothing short of customer harassment.

A 1 ton Panasonic AC was purchased on 15/04/2023 from GREAT EASTERN outlet at KHADINAMORE, Chinsurah, Hoogly(712102).
The staff named RAJU KUNDU having mobile number : [protected] is the staff at GREAT EASTERN who convinced me to buy the Air Conditioner.
Rs 400 was taken from me for the ANGLE for fixing the AC. But I didn't receive the angle from the delivery boy.
I had to go again with the bill at GREAT EASTERN to get the angle. RAJU KUNDU was not willing to give the Angle telling me that it would be given by Panasonic Company. This guy yelled at me and he was threatening me of cancelling any further service from GREAT EASTERN.
Kindly don't keep staffs like this who spoil the reputation of a brand like GREAT EASTERN.

I have purchased one 1.5 ton panasonic ac and one vguard inverter from barasat great eastern on 06/04/2023.it is almost 10 days over my product is not delivered yet.every day i see your negligence in delivery.every day you are saying i will deliver tomorrow. But you are not delivering my product.i cannot tolerate this type of misbehave.it is not expected from your service.very bad service and bad experience from great eastern electronics

I have purchased a AC from Great Eastern Sodepur brunch kolkata: 700110, few days back. I am yet to recieve the product. Full payment is already made.

I was told by the seller (DIPANKAR SAHA) that I will get it delivered on the next day.

ITS AROUND 5 DAYS AFTER THAT, I HAVE CALLED FOR 10 TIMES, HE IS TOO BUSY TO GIVE ME A PROPER UPDATE.

I have been purchasing product from great eastern since long. This is the worst experience. Too much mismanagement is there.

I have purchased a Refrigerator from theur Narendrapur branch in the name of my mother Molly Dutta on 26.02.2023 for her as she is 72 years old and asked for an urgent delivery. To the surprise on 02.04.23 still it is not delivered whereas their maximum days of delivery is 3 days from date of purchase. Evryday their logistics after we call tells us let us see if we can arrange the vehicle today..They make mockery of customers thinking we have no other choice then Great Eastern. Shame on you.

This is to inform with my utter frustration that it's almost 3 weeks now, Great Eastern Kankurgachi is yet to successfully replace one of the LG microwave faulty unit with a good one.

I have purchased one number LG Microwave oven (LG-MJEN-326TL/32 LTR CONV MWO) on 22nd January, 2023 from Great eastern Kankurgachi showroom vide order no KKG/SO2223/08054. The delivered unit appears to be faulty as the front screen of the unit is not transparent the way it should be. A snap of the same is enclosed herewith.

Once reported to Great Eastern Kankurgachi, the sales person Mr Sujoy Kundu arranged replacement. However with my utter surprise the second one also appeared to be with same issue which was also confirmed by LG installation guy.

After that another unit also opened by Sujoy Kundu in front of me at Great eastern KJankurgachi itself found with the similar issue. It's very clear that it's might be a lot/batch issue.

I further escalated the issue with the Great Eastern Show room manager Mr Bhaskar and also with LG customer care but with no avail.

All the commitments by Great eastern so far to rectify the issue for once and all has fallen flat and most unprofessional part from Great Eastern and LG is they are now not bothering even to respond to our call/messages and just ignoring the situation.

We have wasted immense amount of time by staying in home taking leave from office and compromising other outstation commitments just to receive their replacement.

It's absolutely unacceptable the way both Great eastern Kankurgachi branch and LG are dealing with the issue and I demand a compensation in terms of my invested purchase amount plus money value of my time and patience.
