Great Eastern Appliances — Defective refrigerator | |
We purchased a refigerator from great eastern branch near rajdanga kolkata location on 6th june 2020 and it was delivered on 12th june. After we received we complained them on 18th june about the water leakage problem of the brand new product. 1. The delivery was delayed and the product was delivered after 6 days and the complaint was taken and transferred to hyderabad location twicw however it was for kolkata. It was a mistake done by them. 2. For this reason the service visit got delayed and the person visited on 28th june 2020. He said that replacement will not be done as 15 days has been crossed. Is this a joke as we have complained within few days from the date of delivery. 3. The sales person mr. Biswajit halder is very irresponsible as he was suppose to take care of these things as promised however he is only concerned about his sales as once the product is sold it is done for him. No sevice after sales. How can a company keep these kind of persons. 4. We had a discussion with the store manager mr. Subho and he assured that the replacement would be done and today is 7th august 2020. From june 6th till today 2 months have passed still there is no update. This is unacceptable and not possible to take more than 2 months for a replacement of a defective product Please look into this matter as early as possible because i am suffering for a long time otherwise i would be forced to take legal actions and great eastern.
