Great Eastern Appliances — delay in delivery and misguided by salesperson | |
I bought a refrigerator on 23.04.19 from the branch sinthi more. The sales person assured me that the product delivery will be done within 2-3 days. After 3 days on saturday when i call her she told me it will be delivered today but it is not coming. Also sunday she take time from 12-7 pm. After that today i off my office because yesterday she told the product will be definitely delivered today but now she didn't respond phone calls. Whereas the phone number of that branch is not responding. So now i want to take another refrigerator from another shop. Please give my money and documents otherwise i will throw a case against you in customer forum Was this information helpful? | |
