Great Eastern Appliances — delay of installation of ac

I have purchased an ac from great eastern kamarhati on 25.05.2019, that machine has been delivered to my address on 28.05.2019 and then your company executive call me and told me that they will install my ac within 30.05.2019, but they did not arrive yet and when i contact to kamarhati showroom they are ignoring my phone call instead of helping me, this is the worst behavior that possibly can get. Look forward to this issue, otherwise great eastern surly lose their reputation and customer also.
