I have called numerous time on those numbers which are mentoned on the bill however nobody answered the call, i have also tried to call the customer service number but still the same is this a way you deal with the customers.when i have already paid the amount of AC installation why you people did not mention the date properly.In terms of taking money you people are very quick and in terms of delivary you people are not

Bought one 2 ton AC of Voltas on 11.04.16 . from your showroom at Gorabazar, Dumdum, . Received it on 12.04. Even after several attempts, failed to contact helpline of Great Eastern or that of Voltas. Showroom manager failed to give me any docket no of Voltas Service center( which could help me to complain at Voltas). Till now no one contacted me for installation.
