I've book one Carrier 12K DURAFRESH NEO 1ton 3star split AC on 12.05.2019.
Still today I'm not getting that AC.
Customer executive Anita Dutta said that will be delivered within 5-7 days.
By several times follow up, she me 3 dates, 21st May, 23rd May, and 26. th May.
Today she give another day 28th May.
I'm very annoyed that time of response.
Please look after this matter and send me that AC as soon as possible.
