Hello,
Thanks for your ridiculous product o[censored]SHA Air Cooler Delivered to us.
We had ordered Usha Air cooler on 09.04.2017 and it was delivererd to us within a week.
The product was totally not functioning. After Complaining about this several number of times to the Sales person of Kasba branch Mr Anupam Maity he has done nothing till date to support us. We had called usha Customer Care who had sent their people and they had validated that the product delivered to us was faulty.
Even after constant followups the sales people have constantly made excuses and haven not replaced the product to us.
We are no fed up of this attitude and want an immediate replcement of the money . We don not trust you guys at all.
In case you are not taking any action please be ready to face the compaint which I am going to do against you to Consumer forum.
From what I see your company has very good history of cheating its customers by providing faulty devices you will surely have to bear larger consequences.
