Great Eastern Appliances — glen gas stove / great eastern staff not coordinate with customer

I purchase a glen gas stove from great eastern barrackpore 4 to 5 months ago now it has some problem. So i call the customer care to solve my problem he ask me the purchase bill of product unfortunately i cant found my bill. So i am going to branch for duplicate bill but they cant give me. They ask me the purchase date. I cant remember the date of purchase so i told him for search with my mobile no. Which is provide by me on the date purchase i request him so many times but no body help me
