Great Eastern Appliances — harassment in delivery of refrigerator | |||||
Dear sir, I do `hereby draw your kind attention that on 15.08.17 i purchased one refrigerator from great eastern appliances (Invoice details is attached bellow) with the assurance that delivery will be made with in 3 to 4 days. But after 7 days having no response been received from any angel when i contacted to the dealing person mr. Ram (Contact no [protected]) then he started to give a lot of excuses and asked to wait till the afternoon of 22.08.17. Having no call received from him till 24.08.17 myself called him up and again he started putting me so many excuses and asked me to change the invoice process etc. That was the 4th to 5th time i called him up and every time his behavior and approach was quite unprecedented. Please take n/a against such a dealing personal as well as to effect delivery of the item as earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
