My name is Godhuli Bhattacharya. On the 2nd June I purchased a new Haire AC from the great eastern showroom, which is located in Madhyamgram, sodepure road, Kolkata-129. After that the AC was delivered on Saturday, 4th June and was installed on Sunday, 5th June. While installing the AC, it didn't work properly and then I called the showroom and raise the issue. They told us to wait and call the company for sending their technicians to examine the AC. The technicians came over the next day and said there were some issues with the voltage. After that we fixed it and still the AC didn't work. Again the technicians from Haire came over and check the AC and told us the input set is damaged. After hearing this we called the showroom and told them to give us the full replacement. They refused to do so and started behaving so rudely. They told us that they will not give us the full replacement even when the product is a complete damaged product. They are saying it's not in their policy which is a complete lie. They refused to give me or show me the policy and refused to give me the HO's mail address and instead gave me their showroom mail ID.
Therefore, I as a customer who had received a damaged good by their company and was harrased by their employees, would like to raise a complain against their employees and request you to give me a full refund. Was this information helpful? |
