Respected sir, i have purchased a fridge from great eastern park circus on 19th feb the model no. Is mentioned in the subject line. The staff promised to deliver within 3 days but today is the 6th day. Everyday i am calling and the staff mr. Laltu is coming up with different excuses. I have paid in full but i don't understand why on earth i am getting such lame excuses. I am sorry to say the after sale service in great eastern is pathetic, disaster, disappointing. If i have to give points out of hundred i will give only 1. If great eastern have some name or goodwill in the market please prove it to me and let me know what this company all about.
