Dear Concern, On 18th March, 2021 I have purchased an AC from Great Eastern Tollygunj. At the time of purchase I was told that my selected model is not available there, it will come from Asansol, so I have to wait for 7 day. I agreed on that, it is already 5day over but there is no news on my ac. After delivery installation need to be done, if it goes in that pace, then I am sure my ac will not be able to start working before holi.
