I have paid in full for purchase of a Samsung washing machine on 07.04.2023 from Great eastern, Garia branch, Kolkata-700084. I am still waiting for delivery of my product. After 11 days, on 18.04.2023 I was told that the product is not available and hence I revisited the branch and paid extra ₹2, 200 and chose another product. It was promised to me by the salesman that positively without fail the item shall be delivered by 21.04.2023. Now whenever I call, they give lame excuses and keep delaying delivery of the product. I feel harassed and am very upset with the unprofessional attitude of the staff. This is direct cheating to the customer. Mr. Raju Mondal(mob-[protected]) is the salesperson and every time I call regarding delivery of my product, he keeps giving lame excuses that the manager Mr.Debasish is not allowing delivery or allocating a vehicle to my area. I want to know if Great Eastern is involved in cheating customers and keeping their money without delivering the items even after full payment. I want the product delivered within 24hrs or need full refund of my money along with interest. Order number for this purchase is W1222/2324/02226.
