Great Eastern Appliances — not exchanging defective product | |||
I have bought a microwave from great eastern appliances on march, 2018. However the product started giving problem within 1 month. Repeatedly it got repaired twice within 3 months with same problem (Defective pcb), when asked to change the product as it was being problematic from the 1st month itself, we are told that this is company's fault that they could not repair there problem properly. Company gives provision to the dealer to change their defective products. However, instead of that they sold their defective piece and fooled us. Was this information helpful? | |||
