Three months ago we purchased a Samsung black mirror Double door refrigerator. On which we were said to be given a Samsung J2 mobile but we haven't received the mobile yet. Everytime I call the company people they say " please give us 2-3 days time". But now already Three months are over And we haven't received it yet. Please deliver it now. I purchased one set of Voltas made Split Air Conditioner on 30/01/2017 from your Chandannagar showroom vide Invoice no. CN/SA/1617/04958 dated 30/01/2017. But I am yet to be delivered the item. Even after repeated follow up no positive response from your office.
