Great Eastern Appliances — poor commitment..poor service

I had purchased a godreg washing machine from great eastern chinsurah 6 days ago. But till date i have not received the delivery. I am calling again and again to the chinsurah great eastern regarding this matter. But every time they replied "sir you will receive today/ sir there is a problem, our truck was meet an accident/sir please wait you will receive today or tomorrow maximum.." I just irritating to learn such things for a last 2-3 days.. My question is why they promised such a fake promise or commitment.. Today is my parents marriage anniversary.. I want to give them surprise.. But i can't... Great eastern please don't make fake commitment to your valuable customers.. Really, i am very disappointed.. Was this information helpful? The installation guy created dent in the AC body.and the salesman Sunny Saha of belgharia branch is worst salesman you will come across.
