I bought a Samsung Triangle Inverter AC on 8 March 2015, It was showing error from 27 May 2015in the the indoor unit.I have called .I have called them uncountable times but they don't receive it.We have called the Samsung Customer Care from the past 10 days, one engineer came and simply turned it on and not showing error.After 5 minutes, when the Engineer was gone, it was showing error.We have called both Great Eastern and Samsung Engineer multiple times but both of them doesn't receive any of the 50 calls. Great Eastern have said that it has free installation and servicing.Now the Samsung Customer Care said that sliding the outdoor unit a little right side costs a big amount, So I called Great Eastern why they cost an amount instead of free Installation, but as the same, they won't receive any calls.Please take an action immediately for not ignoring the customers by not receiving the calls.
