Great Eastern Appliances — replacement of mishandled (by delivery boy) refrigerator | |||
Hi sir/madam, I have ordered whirlpool refrigerator 230 vitamagic from great eastern santragachi on 3rd dec 2017. But it was dropped by delivery boy while unloading. He promised us to replace the refrigerator but later on the manager refused to give any replacement. He suggested us to use that “dropped” fridge and will replace if any problem occurs in 7 days. My concern is what if the problem is detected on 8th day. So i refused to take any chance and asked a replacement. If required i also have detailed recording of our conversation where ge executive is aware of the fact that the good was mishandled by them. Please help me to get this issue resolved.
