Great Eastern Appliances — sourav das: rude salesperson in rajdanga branch

I made a purchase of appliances of 1 lac. After i made the purchase and went next day for installation, sales person sourav das, who sold me this big deal.. Ran away by seeing me. He promised free installation but when i asked he simply ignored my ques and attented other customer. Sourav das, is a very rude sales person and offers no after service and is very rude. I have a lot of influence and a social media influencer. I have suggested my followers to never purchase anything from great eastern. It is a huge loss for great eastern to keep such rude employees still. Today i called him for providing a contact for my ac service.. Even before listening to my inquiry.. He disconnected the call on my face. He stopped receiving my calls. He called back and started abusing me and said he will not give a customer any reason to disconnect the call on my face. I was helpless to call him as nobody was picking the landline. But is this the kind of customer service i should expect from such a reputed company like great eastern? I think some serious step should be taken with mr. Sourav das
