Great Eastern Appliances — worst salesman

Saumya sundar sarkar your employee of great eastern g. T road branch kajipara the worst salesman i've ever seen. I purchased a 1.5ton haire ac 15 days ago but till now its not deliverd.. I asked him reason but he refused to talk and his behaviour is very rude.. Due to too much delaying i asked for refund he harassed me and talking very rudely.. Its a horrible experince.. Please appoint some salesman whose are efficient and try to deliver in proper time..
