They did not clearly discuss with me they said there is ful and final payment
After reading my membership document
According this contract they will be changed AMC every visit
I'm talking with GOA head office
To Mrs.Tressa Paul
He assured me that your membership would be cancelled after charging same amount
I'm Aggree . She sent me a cancellation form .
I filled this form and according this form my RS will be created my Account in within a month
But Now after two months my RS
is not refunded
And phone No of Mrs Tressa pual is Switche off
Company phone no is also not picking any one
Now I'm feeling emberess .plz refunde my money

I was become member of your company 3 years ago

Paid 1.95 lac for 10 year membership
Again paid for yearly charges of 9000 to your employees

But now I am not got response from your employees

This is a fraud company they gave us free coupon for hotel stay and no one replying on email and the phone number mentioned on website is not working. Please do not get trapped as they offered us many lucrative deals but we didnt fall for those and saved our money and when the phone number on website is not working then what else will work

I Sukanya Mondal me n my husband visited mahabaleshwar on 16feb 2021 . There i met a person on 17feb named Ravi he said scratch n win. I won a sure shot gift. I visited in great holiday club hotel. There promotion was going on. I met Madhuri n Nagma representative. Took our 3hours for membership session. But we rejected membership n asked for gift . they provided me 4days 3nights free hotel accommodation to the choice place. I mail to [protected]@greatholidayclub.com but they don't respond me. Wasted my time n effort. I want either free hotel stay for 4nights 3days to hotel of my choices location or return me amount for that I wasted my trip my car rent n my sightseeing.
I want in immediate action

In Goa, In december 2019, Great holiday club people approached us and given all information about membership and it's benefits.
We have paid 65000 rs for the same.
Attaching receipt and agreement of it.

Due to Corona, we have not done any booking last year.
Now when we were trying to reach to do bookings from Feb 2021 till today, no response to email or phone.
When we called on personal number of one of Venue Manager Jignesh Joshi, he mentioned that they are not replying to anyone and no updates yet. We asked he is employee and why not aware of this but he said he is also trying to contact them.

We need all our money refund.

We came to goa for vocations.on the 25 th feb 2020 below incident was done.we were approached by sales exicutive swapnil on road who asked us to choose some random number vouchers and one of our voucher showed prize won from great holiday club Resort.
Swapnil asked me to come over to the place for small representation by team and collect prize after cratching the card.we went to the presentation where

Asked us to take their membership plan which we rejected as were not interested and not affordable as per my credit card limit.
Still Deepali (sales manager) pushed me to let her check the credit card limit for which we were not ok.
Deepali took the card assuring s to just check the balance but instead she swiped my card and made Transaction of 65000/- without my knowledge and made fraud agreement.
They cheated with us and made false statements and withdrawn 65 k.they clearly aaid that we can cancel membership within 7 day they denying now.which is totally unacceptable. that was last day in Goa and i was returning back to pune.I was in hurry that is why i cannot file complaint against them.
After that I tried to contact their customer care and thet denied to Refund the money.It is totally fraud company as i researched from website and also seen so many complaints towards company.
Now I want my money back without further delay.
Request you to kindly Refund my money.

I am trying to contact for booking but showing invalid number

Iam Ashok Wadawadgi from Karnataka, I have taken a membership from Great holiday club in Goa office paid amount of RS 90, 000 ON 1ST March 2020, after that there is problem in my family that we all family members (my self, wife, and Daughter) struggling with CORONA +, we all family members admitted in a hospital and the medical check up is going on, after 15 days I come out from the hospital and getting well, but my wife and daughter are still fighting with COVID 19, in this regard i have suffered a lot with finanace I tried a lot for collecting the money for treatment, but its big challange to me to arrange the money for the cause. In the meanwhile I noticed that we have taken a membership and deposited of RS 90, 000 in the GREAT HOLIDAY CLUB, I tried their GOA office, Customer care no, and Mrs DEEPALI, Mr JEETU who have given the membership to me, But no one has responded, then I get no of other offical from GHC They responded but told that I cant do nothing in this regard, I request so many times that my family is fighting with COVID 19 but she cANT, and I have sent so many mails to their email ID but no one is responding, once again I talk to the offical please give me the Higher authority CONTACT no so that I can speak with but she cant give any contact no, still WE are fighting with COVID 19 no one is responding from the GHC, i think they have NOT HUMAN BEING, and who the fellows are done a membership are mrs DEEPALI and MR JEETU have switched off their cells is it cheatig business from GHC .hello you all GHC officals if you as HUMAN BEING PLEASE HELP ME AND SAVE MY FAMILY.THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST

Do not attend any meeting with any executive of "great holiday club" noida. They call you to fix a meeting and lure you with free gifts. They will keep calling you and force you to attend a meeting with you.
One of my friend suffered physical injuries when he refused to buy their package. 3-4 executives of great holiday club intially talked very politely to sell their packages. When my friend said no to them then they asked him to come outside the hotel to discuss further on discounts. My innocent friend went outside with them where all of them suddenly became violent. He was one and they were four who attacked him together to force him to buy their holiday package. My friend was bleeding and nobody helped him in the mall.
My friend complaint about them to police but they did not help at all.
Kindly share it as far as possible to beware other people from this fraud.

The sales person told number of services will be provided and they failed to meet even single and now nobody helping to break membership without satisfaction why i will continue with your services. Nobody responding to compalin that is raised.
Sales person told - maintenance charges will be for pick and drop. D. A. E will be sent till now not received. Breakfast including and for member extra services like spa and games will be given. Number of hotels avialable at a single cities.
Now the sales office as well as the member has been disappeared.
Is it fraud or not?

When the services provided that time we were ensured that we will get best resort with extra spa and saloon services with pick and drop also includes breakfast. But when i booked resort it is located 14 km away from main city and no pick up and drop services. He put also extra charge o[censored]tility per day and night. No meal at all. He told you have membership so you have to pay this all. If we will not a member then in 3000 we will get all this free including gst. I paid to you 50000 rs one time charges and 8, 800 maintenance charges and now 2000 for utility. If i figure out it then i am paying more then 3000 per day but i am not getting facilities as per the amout. The resort is in remote location and not safe for womens. After this all experience i am disappointed with you services and want to discontinue the services and refund of my money.

They are fraud and scammers, they will call you in your office by a trick of receiving reward and will come up wit there scheme of holiday package and they will force you holiday package worth rs1lakh and with certain benefits, but none of the benefits are provided, i was little lucky because i only paid 50k in 2017 and got to know their truth in couple of months only. Donot buy any services from them.

I would like to surrender my membership. please guide. As i was not able to use the services promised to me and promise was over promise. My 40000 rs are a waste in this service..   Replace all

We have taken a membership thru their saket office in delhi and they have made a big fool o[censored]s... Mahesh and his senior raman showed us very rosy picture of company and it’s benefits but all total bakwaas, useless, fake just to make fool of innocent people n loot their hard earned money n savings...
Their goa office head miss trizza is also not taking any responsibility for this n moreover she is blaming us that we should have been more cautious while taking membership and shouldn’t have came under the influence of saket office staff... She’s not ready to listen to us though jus after few days of taking the membership i complained her n asked her for cancellation of our membership n refund of money paid... And from last appx 1 year i am in continuous touch with her for my money to be get refunded to me...
May god listen to me soon n i get my money back from this fraud people n fraud company... Plz god help me

Myself ishita, me delhi ek mall gai thi vha pr ek voucher bharne pe 2 din bad hame bar bar call aaya k hume 4 din ka holiday voucher jeeta h unka bar bar call krne pe hm unke btayi hotel chale gaye..vha pe monika nam ki unki executive thi unhone 2 hr tak hume photos dikha k apni baato m le liya kuki next week hume kashmir jana tha or next 6 month m Maldives jana tha to hamne unhe maldives ke resort ka pucha to unhone hume bahut...

We were approached by some sales executive Swapnil on road who asked us to choose some random vouchers and one of our voucher showed prize won from Great Holiday Club & Resort..

He asked us to come over to the venue for small presentation by team and collect prize after scratching the reward.
We went through property visit and company presentation, and then they (Salman & Jignesh Joshi) asked us to take their membership plan which we rejected as we were not interested and it was not in our budget as per our credit card limit. Still the sales person pushed us to let him check the credit card limit for which we are not ok.

He(Jignesh Joshi) took the card assuring is to just check the balance but instead he swiped the card and made a transaction of 35000 and 5000 without our knowledge.

Post that whatever Salman & Jignesh narrated as oral presentation during initial rounds was found null and void during reading of written agreement. Even it claims for paying up extra charges for me during free 3N/4D which we won as per scratch card. Even your pick and drop part is saying not provided.Also They clearly said that we can cancel membership within 7 Days for which they are denying now.

Which is totally unacceptable. that was my last day in Goa & I was returning back to Delhi. I was in hurry that is why I could not file FIR against them.

After that we tried to contact their Customer care & they denied to refund the Money. I had word with Jignesh & Asked him to cancel my membership So he also denied for the same & Spoke with me in very Rude manner.
It's totally fraud company as i searched from website and also seen so many complaints towards company

Now I want all my money back without further delays.

I am tilak raj from punjab and i was approached by mr. Swapnil during my goa family trip on 13th nov 2019 and he came to us and show us the free scracth voucher after that he invite us in his office situated near by highland beach resort, bardez candolim area where mr. Jignesh haresh joshi m. No.[protected] and ms. Manali m. No.[protected] explained his membership plan and also show us the hotel tie up in india and outside india but i refuse to take membership of his co. Because it's my last day in goa and i am in hurry to leave goa for airport to back home but they covienced me to make payment of rs. 62000/inr but i told them that i have no money right now and i am not take any decision on the spot but they took my credit card under conspiracy and recieve pin from me in fradulant manner but after some time i got recieve massage from my bank that rs. 62000/inr got debited from your credit card at the same time i call to mr. Jignesh for cancellation of membership and reversal of full amount but he refuse to refund the amount and also talk with me in very rued manner. I also mark mail to cutomer care of great holiday club but i revieve the reply from threasa paul that we can not cancel the membership and we can't refund you the full amount. On next day i got mail from threasa paul that we can pay you only 70% of amount deposited after deducting the charges of 30%. It's totally fraud company as i searched from website and also seen so many complaints towards company. Great holiday club is a fraud company and making people fool and looting the people so request to you please help in refunding my full amount rs.62000/inr on urgent basis.

I have taken great holiday club membership in dec 18 from there noida wave mall office, where ms. Chandani (Sales executive) made thousand promise like i need to give 1000 inr per booking per day and 20-25% discount on all flight option and etc etc. I have email from them stating all the promises however when i have received my card and member ship confirmation then only i got to know that there is no availability of hotels in all the city and where they have its not as per the standard (4 to 5 star) promised by them.
As also promised by them i have not received any movie ticket till date and neither parlour voucher.

Kindly help me in getting my refund from this fraud company.
