I became member of great holoday club in november-2018. My club id is dl[protected]prws. I became member in saket office (Slect city walk mall) in delhi in front of mr. Raman ([protected]). He provided me presentation and committed some below services. Then only i became member.
1.) 2 couple movie tickets (I. E. 4 ticket) will be given for next 1 year. (Till now i get only one)
2.) 6 parlour voucher will be given which will be totally free (No gst.. Nothing need to pay in parlour) but january-2019 onward whenever you want. (Till now i didn't get even a single).
3.) first year amc will be free. Mail will be sent after you will hard copy
Membership card. (Till now i didn't get).
4.) amc charge will be applicable pro data basis 2nd year onward. Mail will be sent after you will hard copy membership card. (Till now i didn't get).
5.) dae card will also be made after you will get hard copy membership card. Then only, mail will be initiated for dae card.
6.) remaining balance of rs. 15000 can be done any time before 1st quarter of 4th year membership.
7.) our all flight charges will be 20% less then whatever will be the current
Market price and i can ask for only flight ticket booking also even though trip is not planned and site seen will be free for all the locations.

But unfortunately none of the above commitment was fulfilled. I got hard copy of member ship in late december-2018. After that i contacted raman, he said "sir this is pick time for holiday christmas & new year, so your process will start after 15 january". After that again started followup with him and sometimes he said "sir just going to start your process", sometimes he said "sir process is already started", sometimes he said "sir just you are going to get all mails in couple of days". I among all sometimes he was not picking my call and said..in meeting..in travelling etc. By this way 4 month passed then in may i visited same office in saket then i come to know office is closed here and raman is no more part of great holiday.
Then i started calling on your customer care number but i didn't succeed. Then i got a number [protected]. I called on this number and talked with mrs. Trija and explained all situation to her. She told that your point 4 will be considered i. E amc will be on pro data basis and you can few movie tickets. And rest all the will be confirmed after approval from upper level and the will come back to you.

She never came back. I again called her on same number and told that.. She doesn't have remember any thing so please explain the issue. I again explained her and she again told nothing will be fulfilled as all wrong commitment used to be done in saket delhi office. But i have to leave from office as today is saturday and will call you on monday. After that i again wait for a week and didn't get any response.

Then i again call on 5th june on same number but this time mrs. Triza didn't pick my call but any other lady. She didn't tell her name but she said, you will be added in movie ticket whatusapp group and you will get 1 couple movie ticket (I. E. 2 tickets) per month for next 12 months. My whatuspaap number is added in one of the group at same time but i didn't get any ticket or any further response. She also said you will get parlour voucher also but which voucher and how much voucher will come to you tomorrow morning as today is id ul fitar holiday in office and concern person are not here. For all other points, she said "she need to take with upper and then need to confirm ans amc waver is not possible to do"
Today is 9th june and she also didn't turn up.

I think i am chitted under the great holiday club banner. No body is responsible here and any body is committing anything and no any serious guideline.

I would like to request you if you can't full fill all of the commitment then please cancel my member ship and returned my money after 8 month also. I didn't take any benefit till now and you people are enjoying with my money and i need to followup with you all on regular basis.

Your pleople (Triza and other lady) are asking for written proof, if everything was committed after hard copy of membership and i was sitting in saket select city walk office which is one of the reputed place in delhi and great holiday club is a reputed company in their field then i can trust. I was not sitting in police station and in court so that i need to take everything in writing. For me raman, triza and other lady every one is greta holiday club. And i am going to beacme a member for next 5 years, will leave together for next 5 years then where comes the matter of writing proof.
If i'll ask question why you were not writing in you office that "our staff are liar so please take every thing in writing". I went first day in that office and i believe on great holiday club name not on that particular person.

I am getting totally frustrated from your company. Please do needful else i need to take some legal action on basis of what we have discussed on call with mr. Raman and your other employee..

    Hi,
    I have enrolled the membership on 17/07/2019 & paid 27500/- inr for membership, as per their commitment this membership applicable all over world with great holiday hotels and their associates like dae chain, but on 06/08/2019 i have the requested for hotel chain in delhi ncr and they shared the one hotel detail which is located in bilaspur which is approx 70 km from delhi, i checked their website whereas 2 more hotels are showing in delhi ncr but they refused to give the services on these hotels becoz that hotels are into dae & as per them now new point is coming i am their partial member and i need to pay more for become the full time member.

    At the time of taking the enrollment no condition was there & moreover after 22 days yet i have not received any membership no. Or card, i have requested them to refund my whole amount as by misleading & giving the fake commitments you took my money, but no one from great holiday is ready to entertain anything.

    Kindly intervene & do the needful

      In the month of december, 2018, i got a call from great holiday club, mgf mall, saket in new delhi that i am one of the lucky winners and i should come to visit them to collect my gift hamper, that is, absolutely free. To collect this gift they asked me to come with my spouse only and that too before 8.30 pm because they would not entertain us without my spouse.

      Somehow, we thought, no harm in going and visiting them. We visited them straight from our office in the opposite direction to saket. A guy named raman (Mobile no. [protected]) met us and told us that we need to see their presentation of 45 minutes to collect the gift hamper. We told them we can’t afford this much time but they said they’ll wrap it up as soon as possible. Then they told us about great holiday club and since we are newly wedded couple, they started asking us when did we get married and where did we go, last where did we go and which city/ country is in our wish list.

      How would we feel, if we get to visit out favorite destination at a much cheaper fares, as pointed out by mr. Raman. I told them specifically that if we need to make the payment for anything then we are not interested! To which they tried to calm us and said they’re just telling us their scheme, we can purchase the scheme if it interest us. Then when they kind of got the idea that we are not interested, mr. Raman called his senior mr. Javed and he also tried convincing us. When he also couldn’t do it, he said we have wasted their time and effort and then he said we can buy the scheme and it’s refundable. We asked them to show the refundable clause in the agreement, they told us it’s a general agreement and they can send us a mail with the refund clause. They sent us the generic mail and forced us to sign the agreement and promised us the below mentioned services, for my membership for a couple :

      1) 6 nights /7 days every year in studio unit in great holiday club at 5 star resorts & hotels for next 5 years.
      2) ownership is transferable & gift able.
      3) there is no utilitycharges applicable in the ownership.
      4) with this ownership they provided us the bookings from dial n exchange membership for 5 years (Website: - daelive.com)
      5) we can take bonus weeks from dial & exchange on a nominal prices
      For domestic & international as well.
      6) we can also split our vacation into 3 nights/4 days and 2
      Nights/3 days as of now.
      7) we can book our holidays round the year (Out of 365 days), there is no season & availablity, we can book our holidays in any season (Dates, we wish to travel) at any destinations.
      8) we can also get discount on food in the form of buffets in great holiday club properties.
      9) we can upgrade our apartment through night deduction basis.
      10) we can also carry forward or take next year's holidays in advance as well.
      11) complimentary pick up & drop from airport to resort/resort to airport.
      12) we will get discount on air tickets for domestic & international (10-25%).
      13) sightseeing & all the activities can be arranged on nominal discount basis.
      14) they also promised me that i will get two movie tickets for a couple every month and we can watch movie in any theatre at any time.
      15) vibe salon voucher
      16) all the charges have been paid at once there will be no more charges other than the initial payment of inr 58, 000 made.

      Our membership commenced in the month of december, 2018. We didn’t get the chance to avail any of the services.in the month of june, i called the same guy who showed us the presentation in saket and forced us to buy the scheme. He said he is no more associated with the company and then moreover, the company has been shifted to nehru place.

      I visited the new office in nehru place, as we wanted to visit a hill station for my husband’s birthday. We tried booking through this club, but the hotels that were listed on this club, were the average hotels, with tariff of 2k. What is the point of paying rs. 58, 000 (Rupees fifty eight thousand) for the membership when over and above we need to pay annual maintenance cost of rs. 7, 500 per year for availing the services for 5 years and the hotels that we are made to choose from are readily available on other online portals much cheaper.

      There were 3 – 4 tele – callers, fooling the public about their being lucky to win the gift hamper free of cost. Then i met mr. Raj (Mobile no. [protected]) in nehru place. He said he doesn’t know anything, i should speak to mr. Javed in goa as the registered office is in goa.

      I am being be fooled by raman, sachin, raj and javed at great holiday club.

      I want the refund of my money since i have not availed even a single fake services offered by great holiday club. I will not let them fool the public, their hard earned money. As mentioned in the e – mail also for the refund. Kindly refund in the account from which emi is being dedcuted every month, at the earliest else have to go through the legal way.

        While booking the package in march 19, we were promised best 5 star hotels and if no 5 star in that city then best 4 star hotel,, and no seasons, no prior booking, availability ensured thru out 365 days was the usp of great holiday club but finally after membership, all 2 star hotels and availability issue also came from mgmt.
        We were cheated of 1.75 lacs of 15 yrs package and want immediately refund with interest or a legal suit will be filed against the company.

              Very bad experience. Please don't attend any invitation from this club. They are just making fool in the name of free holiday voucher.
              Myself s p singh from lucknow. At 16/06/2019, i received a call from this club representative "nandini" from mobile number [protected]. She told me to attend an hour long session with company representatives and after that the company will give you 3 night 4 days gift voucher and two free movie ticket. I also received a call from mr. Adarsh mehta from mobile number [protected] to attend the session.
              We attended the session at elaichi resaturent, gomti nagar, lucknow on 19th june 2019 at 8 pm. Ms. Sweety farnandes and her senior (Forgot his name) gave us all the details about the company but did not get any movie ticket. We just received a holiday voucher but the mentioned date on voucher was 19/06/2018 and it is vadid till six month. It means we were given expiry date voucher card. Voucher attached with this post. When i asked him, he told me that the movie ticket will be send through e-mail within 24 hour.
              I still don't get any movie ticket
              I also requested the club representative to take necessary action but no action was taken from her side.

                Unluckily, I am the member of a Great India Holiday and it is very embarrassing that booking department do not take the things seriously.

                I had dropped an email to them asking question about itinerary of charges, booking available and about some points in the terms and conditions.

                I waited for 2 days then called them, they mentioned they will respond tomorrow. Same things for next 2 times and after a week, I dropped them an email in frustration and they responded with only one little answer that they have availability.

                No answers to remaining questions.

                They do not have any process of assisting and assuring to the customer of proper feedback and issues to respond.

                Rather they behave like they are making favors to the clients.

                I my last call asking about answers which they didn't respond, a person took the phone and mentioned they she will respond today but when today? It is not clear and hung the phone before I could ask further questions.

                I do not know how I will survive the services or how should take it forward if there is a way to get my membership money refunded as 100%.

                I will not wonder if they may have lied or cheated for selling their services while explaining the membership details.

                  Hi Team,

                  They booked my tickets to bali through melindo air. When i reached airport i found in the ticket they had my connecting flight with air aisa for which i required a transit visa which I was never informed abt by my agent, it was his basic duty. In order to compensate that I had to melindo air 50, 000 extra to book my connecting flight with them from KL to Bali. If their was allready a flight available from the same airlines then why was it not booked. How come air Asia came to picture out of now where. On top of that if that was the case why i was not informed in advance that i would require a transit visa. As it was mentioned nowhere in my ticket. I felt cheated and humiliated, whereas they told me that sir you can pay now and we will refund ur money. But now they are not ready to do so. I will take this up to consumer court and file a defamation case regarding this.

                    This company is totally fake please don't take membership of this company. They promise you everything but at the time of booking they will provide you basic accommodation which we can book ourselves in[protected] rupees. They will charge amc and utility charges for accommodations around 15k and will not provide you anything other then accommodation for which you have already paid around 25k for 6 nights. Please don't take this membership it's a trap.

                      Hello, i am priya gudekar. I have been approached by the great holiday club members, named navin and offered us free membership of great holiday club without amc along with gift vouchers in mahabaleshwar in first week of dec 2018.

                      However when we want to read the application form they cant afford us the time to read also told us that this is just paper formality and we shall not be charged any money towards amc charges. We had not paid the money at that time and request them to call us on evening, but navin has refused and offered us discount in membership of 5 years in just rs 60000/- instead of rs 1 lakhs.
                      At that time we dont have full money, so my husband has paid them rs 30k by debit card and balance 30 k on 25th dec 2018. After few days we had received call from goa office and we had confirmed the membership.
                      By the time, we were returned to mumbai and we search the company name on google. Then we realised that, this company is not good, they cheated the money and there service is not good as compare to his committement. At that time we had not received any membership subscription packet or card.
                      My husband called them to cancelled the membership send them emails but they dont proper reply. The lady name jen, she told us that, if you have problem, you confirmed us before the confirmation call. And within 2 — 3 days we had received the membership card of rs 30k containing the membership of 12 days in 3 years. (Which is confirmed only on the call)

                      I had requested them to cancelled the membership. They told us, there are cancellation policy and they cut rs 20000/- and returned us rs 10, 000/- only.
                      I had requested to jenny (Goa office representive) to please change the days.. We cant pay amc. Instead of amc charges, please adjust the days and offer us the package.. We requested them to please make 9 days plan and adjust the amc charges.. But till the date, they dont have replied us. I had send them the mail containing that, will lodge a complaint against them in consumer forum if they dont replied. But still they dont replied us.
                      Now, my concern is that if we dont paid full money, how can they send us membership card, also they had not taking my permission before sending membership card of rs 30000/-. But at that time, i had ignored all my concerns and requested them to change the travel days.. But again they cant send us proper reply...
                      I am tired now to calling them again and again... And now we are not ready to compensate in days and we cant required membership of this company.. We want our full money.. I cant waste my hard earned money on such a fraudulent company who making full to peoples.
                      I am requesting to consumer forum, please cancelled the licence of this fraud company who making full of peoples and punished them. Also, i am greatly thankful of consumer forum if my money returned from them.

                        1. I will get 4-5 star hotel stay booking free of cost for 35 days, 5 years with 100% booking & complementary breakfast, but all above persons are not in contact.

                        At time of giving membership not cleared with all terms and conditions like cancellation, only 2 rooms can be book at time. Secondly, till date unable to book any such property as with first request financial closing was going then now company required from customer to book according to their flexible days. Please any senior from company, help to get either refund amount or better services.

                          I had purchased one holiday of 7 days from great holidays from saket mall in jan 2019. That time they not shared all the terms & conditions, same day in evening i read all the tnc and asked to refund via mail, in jan month they said that it will be sale in april you have to wait till april. Now i am calling and they replied we are not responsible for that.

                            We bought a membership from this holiday club and they promised free movie tickets and parlor coupon worth ₹10000/- per month for one year but it's been 3 months now and we have not received any of them till now and on asking about it form raman he is making excuses saying next month u will receive. People reading this i want to tell them great holiday club is fraud and do not ever buy anything from this company. They just want to make money out of our hard earned money.. Holdiya club please do something about it.

                              They called by saying that u have won 3 vouchers. 1. Free hotel for 4days 3nights. 2. Free pvr tickers for two. 3. 15000 worth salon voucher. They called us to collect vouchers to their office at mgf mall saket. We went there so they told that there vouches have been finished and therefore they asked for mail id and told that they will mail to us. But it has been 3weeks and i have called them several times but they didn't provide any information regarding vouchers and every time they say that they will call us back after checking it. I haven't got vouchers and they are making people fool.

                                I have been promised with following offers for my membership for a couple.

                                1. I will get one night free stay for a couple in any 5 star hotel free of cost.

                                2. I will get complete 3 nights/ 4 days free trip to goa with air fare both smoney. For a couple, lodging in a 5 star hotel, food and site seeing for a couple.

                                3. I will get 35 bookings national and/ international bookings in a 5 star hotels for 5 years for a couple, if not availed, they will get carry forward and can be taken any time.

                                4. I will get 25% off on every flight booking after getting maximum discount from my end.

                                5. I will get movie voucher every month for a couple and we can watch movie in any theatre at any time.

                                6. I will get any 5 star hotel for me or any of my friends or relatives at inr 1800 in india and inr 2500 international other than my free 35 national and / international bookings.

                                7. Within 3 years of membership, i can decide whether to revamp the offer for 10 years.

                                8. I can transfer my membership to any person and that can be done 7 times.

                                9. I can book for hotel or gift hotel bookings to any person that i want.

                                10. All the charges have been paid at once there will be no more charges other than the initial payment of inr 62, 000 made.

                                I am being be fooled by raman, sachin and javed at great holiday club, mgf mall saket, new delhi. I was initially told that i will i have to pay only around rs. 2000 per month for two years as emi and there will be no extra interest to be paid. Soon, after i gave my credit card for swapping. I got message that my inr 55, 000 is deducted. I asked them they told me that only emi of around rs. 2000 would be deducted every month. They told me, “don’t worry, we will take care of extra amount if charged by bank to you”. It is now 23 days they have not refunded my rest of money.

                                They also promised me that i will get two movie tickets for a couple every month and we can watch movie in any theatre at any time. Now, they are being very ridiculous over the call by saying that we can provide you voucher only which could be redeemed from monday to thursday.

                                I want my money back. I don’t want membership from you. My salary is just rs. 16500 but they told me to mention more salary in order to get more benefits. They also told me to mention that i have got swift dzire, which i don’t have. I request you to kindly refund my money.

                                  Am a member of great holiday club since november 2018 still i have not received the card and whenever i talk to the executives i get a new surprise i want to cancel my registration since i have no faith in the company, they speak lies to us and we are cheated by their fake promises, still waiting for the membership card at the time of registration they told we not have to pay anything extra then we were shocked hearing we need to pay 7500 for every trip we make we were not told this at all and now they say they had told raman thakur and arshi, javed the executives at the saket branch just faked us around

                                    I have been receiving calls for the same offers which i read on the above complaints. I was planning to go their office but i had to cross check so searched in google. Now after reading the complaints, i realised that this is fraud company and action must be taken against the company. Thanks to all persons who wrote about the company that's why i am now aware of these types of fraud.

                                      These people are such a big fraud. At the time of taking money, make so much committments and afterwards they don't even bother to take calls neither answers any messages. Pathetic company I have ever faced. People here only knows cheating on customers and taking money. I have asked for refund of amount due to this but from July I am running after them and also paying insterest on emi which is also higher as they have reimbursed only 20, 000 against it and it came to be higher. Now, rufused for that also. None of their vouchers can be used bcoz no support for that as well. I am fed up to such a limit that in my whole life, I will not ever recommend them to anyone. The employees over here don't have ethical behavior towards customers. They are so rude. It's seems like hells coordinating to these pathetic people.
                                      I want my full amount refund bcoz already paying interest since July 2018 and till now no proper response has been received. They are just fooling us since July 13, 2018
