Great Indian Saree — product delivered other than the order placed | |||||
Dear sir I had placed an order for a bearing no. Fb3205 however, an entirely a different product delivered to me. I have tried to call the mobile no. Mentioned in the delivery note, it is switched off. I have also sent mail to them through their emali id [protected]@gmail.com. I have not got any reply till now. There will be a time period withing which, the product can be returned. Hence i request the forum to help me in returning the product and getting the amount of rs.1099/- paid for the product. I ordered one saree worth rs 1099 n i received wrong product. When I call then they didn't received my call. I did whatsApp message, they are not replying, they are not even responding to mails. This is the fraud which needs to be addressed otherwise companies like this will never stop fooling people.
