Great Indian Saree — sent duplicate product

I had ordered a saree in greatindiansaree.com with serial no. Vs 2061 for rs.
The order id is #172863
We received the order on 15th october 2019 and after paying rs. 1049 we have taken the parcel.
After opening it it was found that a duplicate saree with different colour was sent by the seller.
Immediately i have mailed to return. [protected]@gmail.com which was given in the seller's website.
As i was not answered, i have also kept a whatsapp message on 19th october 2019 to[protected] which was given in the weller's website.
Till now there was no response from the seller. Please see that the issue may be solved.
