Great Indian Saree — wrong item delivered and company is not responding for refund or replace

I have ordered a saree costing 999rs (Order #194560). The product that i received was totally different so immediately i sent an email (Return. [protected]@gmail.com) to return the product and even messaged the seller in whatspp to initiate the refund process.

But there were no response. The person is reading my messages coming online but not responding to the messages. Even as per their return policy the mail id which mentions is full and mails are not delivered to them due to over quota.

I continuously writing to seller on whats-app number but still not getting response.
This is mere cheating and a cheap way of earning that doesn't go well at the end for them! Instead they can beg and earn money.
