Great Indian Saree — wrong product received, refund not initiated

I have ordered 3 sarees from them for order number 198906. Total product value is rs.3000/-.
They sent me the wrong products. I took the photo and send them the mail at that day only. Then also sent the sarees over courier as it is mentioned in their website. Dtdc tracking number: k40352392.
Now they are not receib=ving the call. No refund initiated. Total fraud company

i got wrong product n i want to return my product if u not receive my cll so i go to police complain against to u

I received wrong product and iam calling for return the product. But they are not responding.the product which I have received is very cheap and bad quality. I sent a complaint through mail, but mail also not delivered. For the product which I have received, I paid Rs.1100/_ but it is not a worthy of that amount.
