Great Learning — Loan approved without my knowledge

I am thejaswini, Recently i enquire about cloud computing course in great learning i have been cheated by great learning. the i spoke called raman he didn't informed me about the loan process in advance. The company called propel processed my loan without my knowledge, THey never spoke about loan.They have enrolled course behalf of me without confirmation and they have also processed the loan. I was shocked know this. i m already suffering from depression and this more sick, I have submitted all doctor documents then they not ready to cancel the Loan. I requested them a lot to refund but they are denying please don't get cheated by great learning just like how i got cheated i am really disappointed because of great learning Please be careful by these kind of institutions.
