Greater Noida Authority — delay in possession of the plot in sector zeta 2, greater noida

Dear frinds,

Greater noida authority allotted a plot of 120 sq. Mt in rps02 in sector zeta 2, greater noida in jan, 2011. I have paid the full amount along with interest @12 to 15%. Till date, even after 7 years, they have not given the possession of the plot.
Now they are saying to take refund alongwith interest @4% or wait till the litigation is over.

I also met gnida officials, but they are not giving any proper reply.

Now i wish that we all, who have the similiar problem agianst greater noida authority, should come together and fight against the authority jointly.
