Sir,
Its been 15 years after the plot allotment at village kyampur sector sigma 2nd
We have submit the development charge very log time ago so that we will get all the facilities when we move in to our plots after building them.
Now we have build it and its been 3 months but still there is no electricity and all sewers are jammed due to which our waste water gets collected in front of our house in the greenbelt area
We have also complain before but no action were taken.
Npcl is asking a big charge for the meter connection because there are no elctrical pillars which are the responsiblity of authority but npcl is demanding that charge from us now question arise is if we have submitted the developmemt charge then should we fullfill such type of demands.
Authority just takes our money in the name of development charge but i dont think there is ever been any developemnt will be done because there is no proper sewage system, no electricity system for 5%plots no greenbelt carings parks are also in bad condition streetlights not working.
So please look into this matter or otherwise i will forward my complaint to the chief minister complaint portal.

I am a local citizen of chipyana khurd urf tigri. Sir there are huge number of problems created when it rain as there is no sewage system my locality have and also there is lack of a specific roads. Sir as a citizen i request you to work on this problem as not only me almost all the citizens of chipyana khurd urf tigri with this problem.

1. There is water collected near Supertech Eco Village-2 besides petrol pump.
Kindly check the issue as its very dirty and road is blocked.
2. Furthermore, there is lot of dust in the area majorly due to construction.
3. One major problem we are facing is that while driving towards Shaberi in the morning, the bikers and cars are coming in the wrong side from ghaziabad which makes it very risky to drive.

Is it permissible to arrange such rain dance party in greater noida/noida extension publicly on big scale as publicity going on in noida ext? We all know that there is already shortage of water to drink in noida as well as in whole india. Above all in summers r coming when each living body need water as well to maintain greenery.

Just wanted to know that did they take any permission or any one can arrange n waste the water which is not a property of any individual person or group or party.

Pls advise.

Respected sir

I have booked a flat in greater noida west in bulland elevates, plot no. Gh-3a, sector-16c, greater noida west, uttar pradesh. This is to inform you that increase in far and demand for rs. 140/- per sq. Ft. Are not acceptable to me. Moreover he has crossed all the boundaries while he has shared / started sending unethical / illegitimate demands to innocent buyers, to pay the farmer compensation @ inr 140 / sq. Ft. To get rid of his debts & penalties etc. Surprisingly builder is asking for 1975mper sq. Ft. X rs. 140- rs. 2, 76, 500/- in the name of farmer compensation. Also, he is mentioning that we had purchased the flat at extremely low rate. Actually every buyer purchased it as per the market rate and it is none of our fault that you could not deliver the flats within said timelines.

And also builder not able to deliver the possession of flats to buyers of tower b as per his timelines shared with up rera i. E. 30th april 2018.in each and every meeting bulland management /directors are only providing false hopes / commitments and playing with the sentiments of innocent buyers.

I would like to inform that we are not at all responsible for any sort of misconduct / acts and mismanagement of funds, which builder enjoyed for leisure.

We have asked to share the audited balance sheet and he has failed to share with buyers, as he know he has diverted the funds.

As per the bba which is signed between builder and buyers, managing authority is not a part of our agreement and buyers are not responsible for any of your sins / debts. So the liabilities of builder need to be managed by yourself / builder.

One of your newly appointed independent director mr. Khullar, promised to share the audit report of bulland elevates and we are yet to see the report. Again it’s false commitment.

As we clearly stated in our meetings the buyers will follow the bba and nothing beyond that. Majority of buyers including me have already paid 95 per cent of the demand.

Appreciate if he could follow the rera guidelines and adhere to the underlines policies & principle and be compliant. Rather than troubling the innocent buyers who are waiting since ages for their dream home.

Sir, in beta2, i block people are using wires for gardens... That is very hurting for kids, and animals... Pls take action for that houses... Mainly that is in i block... So many kids are hurting... That gardens are also in authority places... Pls sir i am requesting u sir... Help my kids... So kids are not able to play in eveningtimes... These people are seeing only they gardens.. Dear frinds,

Greater noida authority allotted a plot of 120 sq. Mt in rps02 in sector zeta 2, greater noida in jan, 2011. I have paid the full amount along with interest @12 to 15%. Till date, even after 7 years, they have not given the possession of the plot.
Now they are saying to take refund alongwith interest @4% or wait till the litigation is over.

I also met gnida officials, but they are not giving...

From past one and half year the garbage is being accumulated outside our society.. This is being done by the village next to our society as well as the other people from our sector 52. Time and again the complaints have been made to. Noida authority.. Last year itself the amount of malaria and dengue cases on our society was alarming. However nothing has been done in spite on repeated requests.

I am residing in ntpc township, sector-33, noida. There are many stray dogs in sector 33, noida. 2 days back my wife was attacked by a stray dog living near mother dairy corner. She bleeded near knees due to dog bite. Also, she fell and her both knees got injured. Few days back a old age neighbour was also attacked while he was walking and got bitten and injured. Its becoming too dangerous day by day. Moreover these kind of dangerous dogs are there on almost every street in sector 33, especially near mother dairy corner and there number are increasing. Please get rid of these bitingdangerous dogs who can kill someday a child or an old age person, and allow people to walk safely on the roads. This is violation to a citizen's fundamental right to live freely. Please take action regarding this issue for the safety of the people.

I had booked flat in patel neotown noida extension in june 2010 in tower b unit no b2/703, after that, same shifted to tower f2 unit no f2/1703 in october 2013 by the builder due to that, i have not got the flat of my choice and i get it the top floor flat which was not my choice.
After the passing the 8 years they are still on the podiam level and no further work is being done.
Please be informed that as per flat buyer agreement, handing over period for the said flat is 40 months from the date of signing of agreement i. E. Up to 28.02.2017.
From the above it can be seen that possession date has been already passed before one year back and builder is not doing any work in the said tower.
In view of above greater noida authority is requested to take the necessary action regarding the completion and handing over of the flat.

I am sony gupta r/o amrapali zodiac sector 120 noida. We have a huge problem of stray dogs in our society. They have attacked many small kids and even elderly people. Due to the fear of dogs kids don't got to park playing area, morning or evening walk is also next to impossible even parking is not possible in basement also. The dogs attack when we come out of the car. The issue of stray dog is increasing day by day in the society only giving vaccination to them won't help the resident because the they are increasing in numbers.
Please look into the matter and the help the resident to get of out this stray dog issue.

I am a resident of a-49, near kanchanjunga apartments, sector - 53, noida. Outside my house there are 4-5 stray dogs which had made their home there. They constantly attack on people passing by. Not only attack but they have bitten few people as well. Its very difficult to even get out of the house.
Could you please take an appropriate action for this and remove these dogs from street asap. Please let me know if you need any other information

This is to draw your attention on th deteriorating condition of the park named ashok vatika in alpha 1. The park has not been watered for so long and as a result there is too much dust which causes health issues. Further there is huge pile of fallen leaves in the park which affects the scenic beauty of the park. Kindly look into matter at the earliest.

उत्तर प्रदेश में ग्रेटर नॉएडा की एक अलग पहचान है. यह पहचान यहाँ की साफ़ और चौड़ी सड़कों, हरे भरे पेड़ और बहुत अच्छी व्यवस्था से बनाई गयी बस्तियां और बाज़ार की वजह से है.

लेकिन पिछले एक साल में यहाँ की सड़कों का बुरा हाल हो चुका है. अधिकतर सड़कें बुरी तरह से टूट चुकी है जिससे वाहन चलाने में दुर्घटना की पूरी संभावना रहती है और वाहन को भी बहुत नुक्सान होता है. पिछले कई सालों से यहाँ की सड़कों पर हम सबको बहुत गर्व था. किस कारण इन सड़कों की कोइ मरम्मत नहीं हुई है ये किसी को पता नहीं है. सड़कों का इतना बुरा हाल कैसे होने दिया गया ये आश्चर्य की बात है.

वाहन चालक ज़्यादातर बहुत तेज़ वाहन चलाते हैं. उल्टी तरफ से भी बहुत तेज़ रफ़्तार पर वाहन को चलाना आम बात हो गईं है. स्कूटर और मोटर साइकिल वाले भी बिना हेलमेट के बहुत तेज़ और उल्टी दिशा में चलते हैं. किसी को भी क़ानून का कोई भी डर नहीं दिखाई देता.
परी चौक जो यहाँ की एक बहुत अच्छी पहचान थी आज एक वास्तव में नरक द्वार बन कर रह गयी है. हर समय यहाँ पर जाम देखने को मिलता है. ये जाम तब ही नहीं रहता जब पुलिस रहती है. लेकिन पुलिस भी सिर्फ कुछ समय के लिए ही रहती है. परी चौक से निकलना और आना बहुत ही कष्टदायक और डराने वाला हो गया है.

कॉलोनी में पब्लिक पार्कों का हाल भी बद से बदतर हो गया है. कई पार्कों में पेड़ और घास सूख गयी है, रेलिंग को तोड़ दिया गया है. कई बार शाम को असामाजिक तत्त्व खुले आम मदिरा पान करते दिखाई देते हैं.

सड़कों के बीच में जो हरी पट्टी की व्यवस्था है उसमें गाय भैस चरती नज़र आती हैं. गाय और भैस चराने वाला भी बिना किसी डर के साथ दिखाई देता है. किसी को न तो स्वछता का ध्यान है ना ही कानून का. हर बार नए पेड़ और घास लगाई जाती है और कुछ दिनों में ये जानवर सब चर जाते हैं. राज्य का कितना पैसा बर्बाद होता है ये आंकलन मुश्किल नहीं. दुःख इस बात का है कि ये सब पुलिस की पैट्रोल वाहन की मौजूदगी में होता है.

ग्रेटर नॉएडा में बहुत सुन्दर बाज़ार बनाये गये थे जिनका हाल अब बहुत दयनीय हो चुका है. चारो तरफ पान की पीक और गन्दगी दिखाई देती है. दुकानों के सामने कूड़ा बिखरा रहता है. दुकानदारों ने अवैध कब्ज़ा भी कर के सामने के रस्ते को भी बंद कर दिया है. बिजली के तारों का गुच्छा हर जगह नज़र आता है. बाजार के चारो तरफ जो लाइट्स लगाई गईं थी वो ज़्यादातर टूट चुकी हैं और काम नहीं करती.

एक आम आदमी यहाँ पर डर के रहता है. किस समय और कब कोइ लूट ले इसका पता नहीं है. पुलिस पैट्रोल का भी कोई डर नहीं है.
क़ानून का डर ना होना और ट्रैफिक की अनुशाशनशीलता यहां की छवि को ख़राब कर रहा है.
इस तरह की छवि के साथ हम किस प्रकार ग्रेटर नॉएडा को स्मार्ट सिटी बनायेगें...कोइ भी यहाँ किसी भी प्रकार का निवेश क्योँ करेगा. हम सब बहुत बड़े बड़े दावे तो करना चाहतें हैं पर वास्तविकता से आखें क्यों बंद रखना चाहते हैं?

ग्रेटर नॉएडा के पास सूरजपुर में एक प्राक्रतिक जल स्थल है जहाँ पर एक पक्षी विहार बना है. हर वर्ष यहाँ कई प्रजातयों के पक्षी यहां आतें हैं. लेकिन इस जगह को किसी भी तरह से विकसित नहीं करा गया है. इसके आस पास आवासीय निर्माण गतिविधि आरम्भ हो गईं है; ये कार्यविधि वैधानिक है की नहीं ये नहीं पता पर किसी भी पक्षी विहार के समीप आवासीय योजना नहीं होती. इस स्थल को अगर सही तहर से विकसित किया जाये तो बहुत बड़े पैमाने पर राजस्व का स्रोत्र हो सकता है.

मैं एक वरिष्ठ नागरिक हूँ और भारतीय वायु सेना से ऊंचे पद से रिटायर हुआ हूँ. मुझे पूरी आशा है आप समय निकल कर उचित कार्यवाही के आदेश देंगे. समय रहते ग्रेटर नॉएडा को फिर से वही छवि मिल जाये इससे अच्छा क्या हो सकता है.

I have booked a flat in casa grande 2 project of yours in january 2012 at chai v, greater noida and till now have paid 20% approx. Value of the flat.
Since, 2013 onward we have been continuously following up with earthcone office and have paid multiple visits at the construction site to pursue the progress of above said project. It’s now more than five years (5yrs) now and i regret to say that in spite of my several visits and follow ups i have never been able to understand/know the actual state of the project.
In 2015 some construction work kick started but again halted and since then no substantial movement is observed. Now don’t know when this project is going to get over & earthcone will start giving the possessions to the customers.
We have invested our hard earned money and now started feeling whether we have invested in the right project or not.

Dogs have gone out of control. Attacking on onfooters, childrens, ladies is increasing day by day.

It has been really difficult for us to even walk in the society.
