The garbage has not been collected from our apartment for the last 5 days as the collection mini van is not coming. It is a common practice for them to come once in 2 days. Now they are not coming at all. Please do the needful.

There is an empty place beside house residing at d. No : 9-6, narasimha nagar gopalapatnam petrol bunk visakhapatnam 530027.

Everybody is dumping wastage in the empty place and because of that so many mosquitoes are coming, request you to please file a complaint and clear the dump and people residing in house beside the place are wasting so much of water leaving the motor on for hours n hours.

They both r constructing apartments near my apartment due to construction one apartment dust stones all falling in my apartment there much noice in our apartment we informed this to the builder uptill he did not take necessary action on it. The other builder who is constructing opposite to our apartments he is doing the same more over he is keeping the sand before our apartment. I told so many times both are not listening...

I am a resident of lalitha nagar, akkayyapalem, visakhapatnam. Near my house at electric poll no 84m 87/46/2, two trees grown to a height of more than 40 feet and are touching the electric live wires, as a result sparks are coming, and the street light is not glowing. This is to bring your kind notice that street light was not working on poll. No 159/A/3 and not glowing since one month.i have given complaint on 30/11/2018, but till now not resolved, There are stray dogs and Snakes and also very dark during nights and also not easy to return home....

There is a monkey in this locality because of it, it is very difficult to take step out from our houses.

The monkey barks and tries to chase the people who cross that area. It has been staying here for 3 days now.

Very irresponsible in maintaining roads.
Around vizag, we found so many irregular track of roads, especially in main routes, national highways, spiritual centres with no streetlight coverage under those tracks.

Please find the attached images of simhachalam road which was the pilgrims place where usually people travel more. On that spot we got to know that regularly people are fallen down from vehicles.

Why the required documents have to be certified by a gazetted officer as against self certification and declarations on a stamp paper. I am registering this complaint from mig 43, marripalem vuda layout, visakhapatnam. Recently fiber network company has digged holes in the middle of the road for laying fiber cables. After work has been completed they closed the holes and after few days they put a little concrete in the holes for the sake of doing it, without following any standards.

It's been couple of weeks and pot holes are being recreated...

In dasapalla layout, yendada, visakhapatnam we are having a wine shop in the centre of the colony. Though we are lacking basic amenities like post office, bank or hospital, we are fortunate enough to have wine shop in the colony. Because of wine shop the sanitation problems in the colony is at it’s nadir. Open urination, open drinking in the colony and choking of drains due to stuffing of polythene covers in main drain aggravates our problems....

Dear sir, we would like to bring to your kind notice that dog was died at ignou university & ap housing corporation, ushodaya junction mvp colony, vizag-17. Please remove it immediately students, ap housing visitors, higher officials are facing the problems of walking near by the dog, bad smelling. Please look into this matter immediately.
